(Y/N)'s POV
"Ah my baby girl is leaving for LA! Have you got everything? Do you need me to get anything? You need to call me when you get there!" My mum rambled on before being cut off by my brother.
"Mum, (Y/N) will be fine! Relax she's a big girl now!" Ben said. Ben is my brother, he's older than me but we're really close.
My dad puts his arm around my mum, "She'll be okay" He then pulls me into a bear hug, "We're gonna miss you so much!"
"Good luck with your Youtubes!" My mum said, before hugging me very tightly. She knew I did YouTube, which is why I was moving, but she never understood it much, like what a YouTube Channel is called. All she knew is that I scream a lot when recording in my room and I get paid from it.
"You better give me a shout out soon! For being the best big brother ever!"
"Hmm, I'll have to see!" I giggled before being pulled into a hug from Ben.
"I love you! I'll call you when I land! Bye!" I say before grabbing my backpack (which was sitting on the ground) and heading into the taxi, waving frantically at them as I walk towards the Taxi.
In the taxi was my two best friends in the world, Lydia and Emma. Emma was crying slightly, a few tears rolling down her cheeks. She loved her family a lot, but she needed to leave. She new the move was best for her, but I don't think she was fully ready for the move. Lydia on the other hand, is very hard to break. I've only seen her cry twice. She also hates this place, so she couldn't wait for LA, like me.
"Woo! Ready for LA! They won't know what hit em'!" Lydia cheered.
"Yay LA..." Emma weakly cheered.
"Come on Ems, we'll be home before you know it, just think about all the fun we'll have in LA!" I rubbed her shoulder sympathetically.
"Yeah... You're right. LA here we come!" A slightly happier Emma cheered.
Time Skip to LA
The second the plane touched the ground, Lydia was practically buzzing off the plane. She was so hyper, she was like a kid a candy store. Emma was now convinced that LA will be amazing and was no longer crying, and instead was trying to calm Lydia down like the mother that she is. I was also insanely excited. Finally I was in the place of my dreams.
"OMG We're here!" She shouted before grabbing Emma from the side and shaking her violently.
"Lydia! Calm down we haven't got up yet relax!" Emma told off Lydia
"Uh Hello? We're in LA! We've been planning this for years! You can't tell me not to be excited!" Sassed Lydia.
"I mean Lydia does have a point. Come on MOM cheer up!" I agreed with Lydia, while Emma gave me a death glare for calling her mom. She hates being called that, even though she is the perfect mom.
As we got off the plane, Lydia rambled on about the things we should do, such as places to explore, video ideas and many more things.
"Imagine the vlogs! We can do an apartment tour!" Lydia dreamed
"Lets hold that off till we're settled in, I want to at least know how to get around the town we live in." I chimed in. Emma just nodded and agreed with me.
Once we have got our stuff, I decided to call my mum to let her know I'm okay. She was still sniffling slightly while I was on call with her, but I knew Dad and Ben would be there to comfort her.
Once I finished my call Emma spoke up "Lets go grab a taxi to our apartment."
"We need to get a car!" Lydia began to ramble. We grabbed a taxi and soon enough we were on the road to our apartment.
Time Skip to the Apartment
As soon as Emma unlocks the door, Lydia runs in and starts running around as though she's high on sugar (Which knowing Lydia,wouldn't be a surprise).Emma now runs in to stop Lydia doing anything else she's not supposed to.
"Lydia! Calm down! NO DON'T TOUCH THAT!" Emma frantically called for Lydia.
Leaving me with the luggage and my thoughts I began memorize everything. I turned around only to be faced with a bunch of our luggage. I knew as soon as there was food Lydia would calm down, because that's the only thing she stops for, and seeing as Emma was chasing Lydia, that meant I had to bring in the luggage. As I started to grab the first few bags and boxes (which the movers couldn't be bothered to put in the apartment) I heard a voice I'd never met before.
"Hello?"
I look up to see a guy with a very cute dog, "Hi."
"Uhh I'm Liam... And this is Link" Liam put his hand out for me to shake.
