Cold shivers shot down Frisk's spine as she wondered through the outside of the ruins. Sticks layed all across the ground, they were far too strong to be snapped. But whenever Frisk got far from them, they'd snap like they were nothing but thin twigs. She looked ahead and noticed some wooden supports over a bridge, she stopped to inspect it and then she heard it. The snow crunched under someone's feet, chils soared down her spine as the footsteps grew closer and closer.
"Human." A voice called out from the snow. "Don't you know how to greet a new friend? Take my hand." Slowly, but surely the fallen human turned around and took the hand of the person that called out to her. Ketchup trickled from the plam of her hand, a laugh came from the other person.
"Who ever threw out those ketchup packets were really missing out." The person looked like a human as Frisk inspected them closely.
"Well, hello pretty mirror." This comment took Frisk by surprise, blood rushed to her cheeks.
"How did you fall down here without a scratch. Besides, it'd be pretty bad for someone as pretty as you to be all scratched up" The persons hoodie swayed around as they talked.
"My names Chara, I'm a human too." He introduced himself, wearing a small smile as his hands remained stuffed in his pockets.
Frisk didn't say anything, she was far too flustered by Chara's previous comments on her looks.
"I'm suppose to be on the lookout for other humans, but I honestly don't care. On the other hand my brother, Asriel, is obsessed with finding another human. Actually, I think that's him over there. Quickly, go through here the bars are far too wide to stop anyone" Chara said, as the two walked through one of the gaps. "Quick, behind that conveniently shaped lamp!" The other human almost ordered. Frisk did as she was told and his behind the lamp.Soon after Asriel came and scolded Chara for doing nothing, Frisk was able to come out.
"That's Rei for ya" Chara winked, his signature wink cause Frisks face to flush red. She couldn't describe this feeling, there was no way it was love.. It couldn't be. She had only known him for a couple of minutes.
"Hey, Pretty Mirror. Look sharp, you got my brother to deal with in a bit." Chara said, snapping his fingers in front of the spaced out girl. Once Frisk had re-entered the underground, Chara smiled. "I best be off. Don't do anything bad, okay? See ya." And with that, the first fallen human had left, his footsteps faded away into the distance leaving a very confused Frisk alone to think.(Apologies that this is terrible, I just wanted to write something for this AU and Charisk is my OTP so. Bada bing bada boom you got this. If there's anything I could improve on let me know :) )
