i walk into class barely awake.

one of my friends speak up,

"hey, are you okay? you're a little off today."

i don't have the energy to say something

so i just give her a small nod.

i can see all my friends look at each other with worried looks.

"don't worry I'm okay,"

i sat down in my seat very lazily and hit it too hard

I slip off the seat and land on the floor.

in the back of the classroom i could hear a small laugh.

i spin my head around and see a boy looking right at me,

with his lips turned up into a small smile.

he was cute.

so cute that i completely forgot about the piece of candy on my desk.

he took up my mind for the duration of class.

why hadn't i noticed him before?
