"Can you try calling it?" Harry was positive his missing phone had some correlation with him running into the girl while trying to get to work on time. Trish already had her phone in her hand, dialling his number.

The house was chaotic in that moment. Harry's hair was a mess, Will was fussing, and Charlie kept shoving his head into Harry's crotch every time he'd push him away.

"What do you think I'm doing, dumb-"

"Bo!"

"It's ringing! Oh my god, what should I do?" Liani had created a path from how much pacing she's done since getting home. She realized she had two phones the moment she checked one of them to see if her date was at the restaurant, and found a little boy as her background. That's when the little incident popped into her head, causing her to groan. Liani was already at the restaurant, and she didn't want to be late nor pay another forty dollars for an uber ride back.

Figuring she'd find a way to return it back to the attractive man later, Liani ruffled her hair and entered the building.

"Answer it?" The smile could be heard from her roommate's voice. Sofia was amused at the whole situation. Her normal behavior would have been to be agitated with Liani making a big fuss over nothing, but the latin beauty was in a good mood that evening.

After some evaluation earlier at the art gallery, she's had a brighter outlook on everything. She realized she shouldn't be alone. She's always known that her end game would have been to settle down with someone, but she just wanted to skip the chase and just have her happy ending already. Sofia had been putting herself down this entire time, and she knew that if she didn't stop being such a sourpuss all the time, she was going to have some serious mental issues in her future. All she knew was it was time for a change. She shouldn't be moping around all day every day. All she could hope was for her motivation to last, thus keeping her lightened mood.

As soon as Sofia heard a gulp from across the living room, she turned her head to find her best friend shaking her hands, preparing to answer the phone. "Hello?"

"Oh my god someone picked up, Harry! Hello?" Liani had the phone on speaker, coming to sit next to Sofia on the couch, snatching her ice cream, to which she earned a glare.

At the voice on the phone, Sofia turned her head towards it. She knew she's heard that voice before and could even picture the face the voice belonged to, but Sofia could not spit out the name. It was locked in her memory, pushed down from negative outcomes.

Until she glanced at the contact name, and everything clicked.

"Trisha? Is that you?"

Silence.

Harry's never seen Trish like this. The bitch was speechless. She's never shut her mouth. Not once. Not ever.

"What? Did you dial your ex-" But the blonde wasn't listening to the man in the room, and the dog started going frantic once she ran up the stairs, tripping on the last step but picking herself back up again and slamming Harry's bedroom door shut. "Charlie, here boy." Harry bent down to calm his pup before turning to his son to give him the attention he was previously fussing over.

Trish never expected to hear from Sofia again, but when she did, she wanted to let it rain on her. This woman agreed go on a date with her best friend and then dropped off the face of the earth. However, it's been two years, and it might have been considered 'silly' to hold a grudge for that long. Nonetheless, the blonde was completely gobsmacked at the voice through the speaker.

After some rustling on the other line, an, "Uh..." was heard.

"Yeah," Trish took a deep breath. "Uh, so Sofia, why do you have Harry's phone?"
