Oracle reached the mall thirty minutes before it closed and she immediately rushed to her favourite shop, Glassy Wonders. It was a ridiculous name, the most ridiculous shop name she knew, but the items they sell were... too beautiful to leave. So far she had only bought this mysterious and magical vase, which had changed colours depending on the temperature.

While Oracle was looking at the glass mugs on sale, she noticed a hot boy looking at some statues on display.

He was the perfect definition of Oracle's dream boy. He had dark chestnut hair, blue eyes, an awesome jaw line and he was muscular yet slim at the same time.

Oracle walked over slowly to the boy, looking at the glass displays to act normal, then "accidentally" bumped into the boy, then turning around and apologising like it was completely normal. Then she flashed her most charming smile, the one she used for photographs and might have left her with pedophilic stalkers trying to catch a glimpse of her in her undergarments.

Well, that was a bad experience.

But this time she really wanted to charm that boy.

And it seemed it worked.

The boy returned his smile and introduced himself, "Name's Eros. Eros Venus. Hey haven't I seen you around Cambridge University before? You're that top scholar aren't you?"

Oracle smiled, but inside she was screaming in happiness.

OH MY GOD!!! HE KNOWS ME!!!!! Oracle smiled dreamily, then quickly changed her expression as she caught him staring.

It was like something out of a romantic love movie.

Then something not so romantic happened.

He held an arrow against her head,

And threatened to kill her.

So Oracle did the logical thing anyone would do.

She screamed.

She screamed and cried and screamed more and cried more.

But no one seemed to notice.

They were all

A) Caught up in looking at the fucking glass vases,

Or

B) Eros did something.

Looking at Eros' smug smile, she guessed it was the latter. Then Eros help her against his chest and opened a portal.

And jabbed her in the head with the arrow.

All she remembered was thinking,

Oh, I'm in a dreamy boy's arms...

And the world fell into darkness.
