 Someone bumps into me causing me to fall on the floor I quickly get up so I wouldn't be stomped out on the floor. When I get up I push through the crowded calling out everybody's names trying to see if they were still in the building. Same things no responses I was getting nerves now the bullets was coming closer I could hear people screaming now. I head to the back just to check and see if anybody that was there before was cleared out I hear three more bullets one struck someone nearby sending them to the floor. I rush over to them and help their friend get them up and out the party we get them to the car and off. They was already on the block and was letting it spray I started to run hoping they didn't see me. I was down the block when I saw a black car creepin when I saw that I cursed, frozen like a deer in headlights I stood there. The headlights came on and my flight reaction kicked in when the engine roared. I jumped over the fence next to me and ran thru the backyard. My legs was hurting, my throat was dry if I was to go out like this man my parents would be heartbroken I couldn't go out like this not right now not ever. I ran and jumped over the next and landed in the alleyway. I decided to run down so I could at least make it onto the street and possibly pass as a regular citizen but then a car pulled up with its headlights on I stared at waiting to see what it would do. I could hear something but couldn't tell what it was then I saw something appear out the window I heard bullets fly past me as I jumped over the next fence. Whoever it was, was either playing games or had no aim I really wished I had my bag I would at least be able to protect myself if I did get caught. I couldn't tell if they was following or not but if they was I would have to play shit smart this isn't my terrority I got the card for today. I stopped running trying to catch my breath my phone was vibrating in my pocket but I don't want to risk it. My heart was beating so fast in my chest I kept asking myself why.. why me? But in the end I rather it be me than some little kid or some mother and father on they way home from work man. When I caught my breath I tried to listen to my surroundings nothing sounded out of the usual so I got up and jumped over the fence and into another backyard. I jumped over the next five and took the back way jumping over a couple move fences I land in another alley. My Dumbass wasn't paying attention to the noise around when I landed I made such a loud landing that someone spotted me. "AYY SHE OVER HERE BRING THE VAN!!" someone yells running towards me. "Shit" I whisper getting up from the figures they was at least two of them I heard bullets fly. My legs are tired but I had to keep pushing I jumped over the gate landing light this time. There was a dog in this backyard just barely waking up I ran quickly across jumping over the next fence before it could reach but for the dog was ready I could hear them screaming. The dog was on they ass then I heard two bullets go and silence. I shook my head and kept running the spot didn't have a fence for me to jump over I took the front way of the backyard I was in. I walked onto the sidewalk and immediately got paranoid I quickly ran across the seat and into another backyard.

I think I lost them so I decided to walk into another ally way and walk back onto to the main street when the headlights appeared I stopped midstream and backed up hands up so they knew I didn't have a weapon. The car crept forwards and I heard that noise again something appeared out the window and then I heard tires screech behind I looked behind me and it was an all-black sprinter van the doors slide back "GET THE FUCK IN ZARI!!" I hear a group of people yells. As I ran towards the car three guys hopped out loaded with FNS the car that was following me started shooting. I got into the car and hugged the first person I swear crying and shaking. The doors slide back and we pulled off whoever I was holding onto was comforting me I just closed my eyes trying to get myself together. "WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU ZARI GOTDAMN YOU GET ON MY FUCKING NERVES DAWG" Rob yells at me from the front seat. I open my eyes and look at Kato arms around me patting my head "You good?!" he asks I nod "My bad but I couldn't leave until I knew ya was good" I say looking around the van everybody was here. "Then you should have just stayed with me DUMBASS!!" he yells again. I nod wiping my face "You had us fucking scared we couldn't find you bruh I was so scared" Misli says coming over to hug me on the floor crying. I hug her back "I feel the same way" I look at my phone I had missed calls from the gang and some random numbers. I called my brother he answered on the first ring "ZARI is that you!!?" I wiped the tears that had fallen "ZARRI ARE YOU OK?!" I swallowed and answered "It's me Joseph I'm fine" I hear him give a sigh of relief and speak to someone else "WTF happened Zarri? Why didn't you answer your phone? Why can't you listen in situations like these dammit I thought I .." he couldn't finish his sentence. "I'm sorry I just had to check and make sure everybody was ok and then we get split apart and I ran into a bad situation" he listens "Who are you with". I look around "My friends and some of Rob's friends" he grumbles "That dumbass had one job.. stay with him for the night we'll swing by tomorrow with your car" he says hanging up. I nod Misli was knocked out on my shoulder I laid my head on Kato's lap and closed my eyes.

Rob POV
Word was getting round the party that the oo5 was gonna slide thru the party and let it loose so I went to the back and where all the boys were at. They was playing a dice game in the back I went to Mark and Joseph they had sent Honey to do some looking into it but she still hasn't returned yet. "What ya betting on" they look at me "I bet they slide through be but we gon ready" Joseph says shaking the dice "I bet they don't" Mark says waiting for Joseph to roll. I hope they don't slide I didn't want to have to hurt nobody at the homie function he just got back I don't want nothing sending him back for some bullshit. I watch the game until I see Azzari come out I watch as she walks over she seems on the edge when she reaches us she and her brother a drink talks about the energy in the area I could feel it too. When Honey comes to back its clear what the move is her energy read it all I take my gun off safety and so does everybody else I call up Mighty. "Aye pull up in the sprinter they coming and from the look on Honey face they letting it rip get the boys ready meet on the east and 6th in 5" I hang up and text the boys to boys to grab any of the girls and head to 6th and east when shit goes down. When Honey spoke you could hear the fear in her tone it was like she had seen some shit before she came back but she was holding something back that both I and Azarri could read. When Azarri was about to question three shots were fired in the distance stirring the pot, two more had it boiling and the last one had it spilling over the top I grabbed Hon and Azarri pulling them to the front of the party. Zarri was trying to resist but I kept my grip and pulled her forward until I felt something slip out my hand. I looked back and she was gone "Fuck!!" I looked around and couldn't tell who was her we stood there until another wave of bullet sounded. I pulled Honey and rescued her over to the van "Where is Azarri!!?" The girls yelled. I didn't have time to respond I just pulled out my glock and ran back to the party people was still running out the party calling out for friends I heard footsteps behind me I turned and it was Ohg and Mark. We entered the building carefully a black car had came round the corner creepin real slow we listened I could hear someone running I crept up to a window and saw a quick glimpse of Zarri running. I rushed out the house with the boys following back to the van I hopped in the passenger "GET ON 2ND SHE RUNNING THEY FOLLOWING HER" mighty stepped on the gas and was off. When we pulled up we was too late she was already over the next fence with the car still following. "Go to 4th and West she will go there Misli yells "HOW THE FUCK DO YOU KNOW" I yell we didn't have time for no fucking guessing game with somebody life on the line. "She always goes there she like the main road" she yells back realizing she was right she loves the main road in situations like these Mighty pressed the metal and almost missed the fucking spot. "STOP HERE!!" Mark yelled sliding the door back and hopping out with a Uzi I watched the headlights was blinding but it was her cause the girls yelled for Zarri to get in. As she run they started letting bullets fly and we did the same when she got the boys did too we slide the door back and pulled off. "Everybody good?!" they all replied setting my nerves at ease but then I got heated the fuck back up because Azarri was so fucking dumb but I was happy she was here I really was. I was tired soon a night like this anything can happen. When we made it to the crib everybody got out the van and headed inside Azarri was still sleepy walking like a zombie she came over to me and laid her head on my chest. "I'm really sorry I didn't mean to fuck shit up like that" she says almost falling over I grabbed her and brought her inside sitting her up on the couch. The shit we go through ain't no joke I laid next to her laying head back falling asleep. When I woke up Zarri's head was resting on my shoulder and Kato's on her form the looks of it we was triplets. I got up slowly and went to the kitchen and grabbed a water from the fridge and sat back down closing my eyes.
