Edward POV

I am proposing to Bella today, it's been 7 months since we been together and her birthday is on August 13. I want to make it official proposing to her, not some stupid wedding arrangements get in my way of proposing to Bella. I asked Alec and Jane for their permission. Also I asked my siblings to help me. I found this meadow, and I need my siblings to help me dress her up. I bought her a flowy sundress in the color blue and some blue accessories, then Alice is borrowing her a Chanel blue high heels. I am giving her my grandma's ring. It was pass down throughout the family generations. It has sapphires on it. I loved the ring, a lot. My siblings, when they propose, they buy a Swarovski ring, they just don't like hand me downs. Useless.

"Omg, Edward." Bella said.

"Hi, Bella." I said. I walked over to her and knelt down.

"I promise to love you forever, I won't let any bitches out there get in OUR way, and last but not least, will you marry me?"

"Oh my god, yes!" I smiled and then kissed her passionately, I slipped on the ring and she muttered an I love you.

"I love you, you didn't spend a lot of money on it right?"

"No, I didn't, it's my grandmother's and I love you more." She laughed.

"Anyways Edward, why do you propose?"

"Because I want to be a gentleman and make it official, not let some stupid arrangements get in my dream of officially proposing to you."

Bella POV

Edward proposed yesterday, and I said yes! And we made love the whole night. I loved it. I woke up feeling funny and went to the toilet to puke, I looked in the mirror, my stomach has a bulge. I grabbed a pregnancy test and peed on it. It said to wait for 2 minutes.'Positive' it read. Omg, I am pregnant. What am I gonna do. I kept the stick in my pocket and went down to have breakfast, I am going to tell him during breakfast.

At Breakfast.

I made him pancakes and scrambled eggs.

"Umm, Edward?" I said nervous," I have something to tell you."

"What Bella, what is going on?"

"I am pregnant." I blurted out the dug my pocket for the test and showed him. It read positive.

"Bella, we are going to have a baby!"

"Yep, and we have to go to the doctor." I said.

"Ok, we will leave in 10."

At the hospital.

"Hi sir, what can I do for you?" The nurse asked, flirting with Edward. I glared at her.

"I have an appointment with Dr.Aro." Edward said.

"Edward Cullen?"

"Yes ma'am."

"Ahh, hi Edward."

"Hi Uncle Aro."

"I see this is your fiancée and you got her pregnant."

"Yes."

"Okay, let me give her an ultrasound and see."

He put this cold gel on Bella's stomach and put this vacuum shaped scanner on her stomach.

"Congratulations Edward and Bella."

"You are pregnant, the baby is very healthy, but you will suffer from pregnancy problems, your body isn't strong enough." He said,"there is 30% you are not going too live, maybe just in coma for three days, and then after that three days, just wait 3 more days, then you can leave the hospital."

"So, what you mean is she will basically fall in deep sleep, that means no Bella for three days, I can't live a day without her." Edward said.

"Oh Edward, you won't go anywhere, maybe I will not die or go to deep sleep." I told him, trying to calm him down.

"What do you mean by I will not go anywhere?"

"You will only be by my side, I am sure, it's for the baby's good, hun."
