Ross's POV:
I woke up the next morning with a smile on my face. Im going to talk to her today. I hopped out of bed and did my ritual morning push ups. Ryland walked in on me.
Ryland: ah..let me guess you saw the new girls.
I stood up and nodded my head. Me and Ryland are the only ones in school and its our senior year.
Ross: I don't know Ry, Laura is not like other girls or Stacy. Laura's different, mysterious.
Ryland: (chuckles) well alright dude hurry up we are going to be late for early morning practice.
I slipped on a shirt and slipped on my pants.

Ross: 1 set 22 HUT
Scott handed me the ball and I looked around for a receiver and chucked the ball at them making a touchdown. I looked to my right and saw Laura and her sister walking up to the benches. Her hair was up this time in a perfect ponytail. I sighed and got tackled by a player.
Ross: (groans) ow
My teammate helped me up and I turned around and saw Laura giggling. Practice was soon over so I jogged over to Laura.
Laura's POV:
Ross: Um..hi
Laura: Hey (smiles)
Vanessa: Uh Laura can i talk to you for a second..
Laura: Oh one sec
Vanessa yanked me over to the side.
Vanessa: What in the hell are you doing?
Laura: What he's cute?
Vanessa: Laura do you remember the last time you liked a guy and you thought you would be able to trust him enough to tell him about us?
Laura: (sighs) yeah i know we had to "take care of him"
Vanessa: Right now lets go.
I gave a sly smile and waved bye to the cute boy
Vanessa: C'mon we are going to be late to class
She dragged me to through the doors of the school.

Ross's POV:
I walked into 4th still kinda bummed. Laura walked in looking beautiful as always swaying her hips. I watched her as she sat down winking at me. I actually blushed. She sat down playing with her hair a bit working.
Mrs. Warner: Okay class we are doing a project, there must be co-ed partners and-
She didn't even get to finish all the girls circled around me and the guys circled around Laura.
Laura: Oh (giggles), um I think Im going to be with him.
She pointed at me. I looked in disbelief and pointed at myself looking like an idiot. She nodded her head smiling. Everyone and the class groaned and sat back in their seats. Laura smiled at me and bit her lip looking back down at her paper.
Class finally ended and I ran up to Laura while she was walking out of class.
Ross: Hey!
Laura: Oh hey!
Ross: So we're partners now? (smiles)
Laura: Yeah so should I go to your house or..
Ross: Yeah my house!
She giggled at my eagerness.
Laura: Hey aren't you dating Stacy?
Ross: (scoffs) no she thinks we're still on a break but that was 7 months ago we have nothing going on.
She giggled and nodded her head.
Ross: So after school after my practice?
Laura: Well im trying out cheerleading team so ill see you there.
She walked away but stopped and turned and walked up to me. She handed me a note with her number on it. And walked away swaying her hips causing my breath to hitch.

No one's POV:
Football practice just began. And Ross was practicing throwing the football to the receiver. Cheerleading tryouts started but Laura wasn't in sight. Ross kept looking and couldn't find her. Stacy turned around and waved at him. And he curled his lips throwing his head up a little.
Stacy: Alright lets see what you guys go-
Laura: Sorry im late!
Laura came running in with nike freeruns, booty shorts, a tank top and her hair up with a bow. Ross was drooling in his helmet.
Stacy rolled her eyes continued.
She showed everyone the cheer with flips and kicks.
Stacy: Alright 5,6,7,8
Ross's practice finished and he sat and the benches waiting.
Everyone was doing kinda good but forgetting a few steps, but Laura was nailing it hit every flip and kick perfectly. She was so flexible better than Stacy. Everyone looked at Laura amazed. Stacy had the shock agitated. She knew Laura was better than her. Ross bit his lip trying to hold in a groan.
Stacy: Well I guess your....on the team.
All the other cheerleaders came running towards her screaming and hugging her.
Trinity: Oh my god your so pretty congrats!
Brittany: OMG i know we need to hangout today!
Laura: (giggles) I would love to but I have somewhere to be.
She looked over at Ross and winked.
Brooke: OMG your dating Ross Lynch!
Stacy eyes widened and fury spread on her face.
Laura: No we are just friends (giggles), bye girls
Laura started to walk towards Ross but then Stacy pulled her aside.
Stacy: Hey! Stay away from Ross he's mine!
Laura: Yeah thats not what I heard
Stacy: Stay away from him or you'll regret it.
Laura stepped closer to her as her eyes turned a bit red and vains started to form on her eyes.
Laura: No i think you'll regret it
She spat the words at her and walked to Ross.
Ross: Hey you ready?
She looked back and saw Stacy still shocked and mad.
Laura: Yup
They hopped in his car and drove off.
