"Mhmm, yes Toni, sooo good."

Said Cheryl after taking a bite of one of the cinnamon rolls that Toni had made in her Food Labs class.

"Right?!" Exclaimed Toni. "I'm most definitely getting an A in that class."

They were walking to Cheryl's car in the student parking lot after 6th period.

They were going to Cheryl's house to "study."

At least that's what they had to call it so that Cheryl's homophobic mother didn't expect anything was going on between the two girls.

It was better that way, anyway, because the girls could have sleepovers and hang out as much as they wanted; Penelope figured they were just best friends.

But there was always the fear of getting caught, so they never did anything too wild when Penelope was around.

They arrived at Thistlehouse and Cheryl pressed the automatic garage door opener button that she kept in her car.

Both girls let out a breath of relief when they saw that Penelope's black Mercedes wasn't parked in its usual spot in the garage, meaning they could do whatever they wanted when they got into the house.

Cheryl pulled her car into the left side of the garage, put the car in park, and took the key out of the ignition. Then she turned and smiled at the girl with pink highlights sitting in the passengers seat.

"Ready for our study sesh?" Asked Cheryl.

"Let's go get our study on!" Replied Toni with a wink.

They both stepped out of the car and head through the door into Thistlehouse, Cheryl locking the car on her way in.

The girls went into the living room to say hi to Nana Rose, and then upstairs to Cheryl's room.

Toni walked into the room and plopped down on the bed.

a couple seconds later, Cheryl entered the room too, shutting the door behind her.

"Mother shouldn't be home until 7, so we have a while to, ya know, do whatever."

"What exactly are you suggesting that we do, cher?"

"I don't know- whatever you want."

Toni sat up and swung her legs over the edge of the bed.

Cheryl sat down next to Toni and gazed into her beautiful brown eyes.

Before she knew it she was wrapped up in the girl's arms, Toni's soft lips against hers.

Toni pushed Cheryl onto the bed and got on top of her, sliding her hand up the redhead's shirt.

"Ugh." muttered Toni, sitting up and checking her phone.

"What is it?" Asked Cheryl.

"I gotta run babe, i'm so sorry, I forgot I told Fangs i'd cover his shift at the Wyrm. He was expecting me like half an hour ago."

"It's okay TT, meet me at Pops tomorrow after school?"

"See you then." Said Toni, smiling at Cheryl and walking out of the room.

Cheryl lay back on her bed and turned on the TV.

She hated not being with Toni, because when they weren't together, the redhead didn't feel sensational.

Because, after all, Cheryl was almost positive that Toni Topaz was the only person in the world who loved her for who she really was.
