Chapter 08 (pt. 1)

August POV

I put my hood up on my hoodie and put my sunglasses on and prepared for my flight to land. Once the flight landed I grabbed my things and quickly made my way to where Jas was pickin' me up. I'm glad things have been goin' smoothly with me and her, no fussin' or fightin' , just peace and that's honestly what I needed. Shit gets stressful as fuck wit' them managers and meetings, I just need  time to relax without everybody on my back giving me orders.

I made it to Jas fifteen minutes after my plane landed. Who knew one week would leave us both feelin' lonely ? Yeah she got Staj and all but she knew she was missin' her king

Staja POV

Friday ; 6:15 pm

T-Papi : Come Thru ?

$taj : What Time ?

T-Papi : 7

$taj : Aight .

As you can see me and Ty have gotten pretty comfy since Jas and I left Miami. He was out here in Compton for a minute before he had to head to L.A to do a few interviews and all that so we been chillin' ever since he got here. I slipped on my Victoria Secret yoga pants with my Pink Victoria Secret hoodie and slipped only Nike slides. I through my hair into a messy top knot them lightly added some mascara.

Due to it being a school night, I grabbed my backpack, clothes and personal items I would need for tomorrow aswell. Lastly I grabbed my purse, my phone and phone charger then headed downstairs. I made sure all the doors were locked then headed to the front door to grab my keys then I was out.I stopped at McDonalds to grab Ty and I some food. I had to wait in the long ass line as usual so I decided to call my mom to let her know I wouldn't be home that night. As usual she wanted to argue but hell she never home, all she wanna do is go out and smoke and drink all damn night!

She drove my father away, me and him had the best relationship a daughter could ask for but she had to fuck it all up with her liquor and drugs. Now I know yall may be wondering why I didn't go live with my dad like my brother and sister did. I did that because I wanted them to grow up and have the best education they could get and live the best life they could. I was already in 8th grade so I just stayed. I always had faith in my mother, I kept holding on saying she was gonna get healthy and would be the best mom again but as the years went on, she slowly got more skinnier and started to drink a lot more.

I ended the conversation in anger like I ended every one with her. It was finally my turn to order so I ordered Mcdouble meals, a Mocha Frappé  for myself and a sweet tea for Ty. I paid and sped the rest of the way to his condo.

Jas POV

Friday ; 8:09 pm

I was wildin' out to my "Cash Out" Pandora station while waited for Aug's plane to land. Its only been a week and I have been missing him so much. I called my doctor yesterday and I had an appointment Monday, April 19th at 11 AM. I'm hella nervous and I don't know how my parents are gonna react and Chris, Lord have mercy on my soul Chris will beat my ass. Yeah my family and I are having problems but I'm gonna need all the support I can get right now so either they're in or they're out, easy as that.

Finally August came out lookin' sexy as usual. I hopped out the car and gave him a tight hug and a kiss that left him gasping for air. He loaded his few bags in my trunk and we headed back to my house.

I parked and we went inside so I could get some clothes while I would be at his house and all my stuff for school. Once I was finished we headed to Aug's condo, hopefully this will be a great week. Once we arrived to his condo I was speechless, it was beautiful and big as hell it could easily be mistaken for a house. After a few minutes of looking around I knew I would enjoy staying here for a few days. We showered (separately)  then laid in his bed and watched tv while waiting for a pizza we ordered.

The rest of the night was fun and filled with lots of laughter just like the old times, I could get use to this.

Staja POV ; 11:28 P.M

I was watching tv while Ty was in the shower. I was finally about to doze off then his phone started ringing.

"Ty yo phone ringing" I yelled through the door.

"Go ahead and answer that for me bae" he replied.

I answered was already annoyed from the first word that came out her mouth.

"Hello" She said with heavy attitude
