Third person POV
It had taken around a year but humans had began to accept monsters. The key word being began. They still had a long way too go. Humans had made new houses for the monsters since there was hardly enough living space for humans, let alone a hole other species. Frisk, the saviour of monsters, lived in a big house with: Asriel, Toriel, Sans, Papyrus, Undyne, Alphys, Mettaton, Blooky, Asgore, Chara and Gaster. After the monsters originally got back to the surface, Frisk told everyone about Asriel, Chara and Gaster. Sans and Alphys helped Frisk to bring each of them back. They got Asriel back by making and artificial soul out of Asgore and Toriels magic, and the power of science.
They got Chara back by safely splitting Frisks soul so Chara had half. Needles to say, Chara explained to Sans that in the genocide runs they were corrupted by Frisk. Sans forgave Chara and Frisk after they kept apologizing to both of them.
Gaster was trickier. Sans had to reach as far into the void as he could with his magic, and with the help of Sans's machine (which they managed to fix), they pulled Gaster out of the void.
They were living a happy life on the surface. But there was always the people who disagreed with them being there. This made Frisk's job as ambassador hard. Asgore, being the king of monsters, helped Frisk with there job. After all, they still had to attend school and such.
As for Sans, even though he forgave Frisk...he was just waiting for another reset. It had happened so many times now that he didn't believe Frisk when they said they would stop. I wonder if anyone could change his mind?
