As we started driving to the restaurant, I turned on the radio.

When I waited for a awhile, my favorite idol, Cher Lloyd, started singing the song "Sweet Despair"

I waited for the intro to stop and the lyrics too come. Once she started singing, I sung along.

Before I could finish, Jacob turns off the radio.

I look at him and he snaps.

"I just wanted you to shut up, thats all"

I then give Jesy a sign to cover her ears, which she did. I taught her a signal to do that, so she doesn't hear us fighting.

I look back at Jacob and said, "Whenever I want to sing a song, you always do this. Why?"

Jacob says, "You can't sing, so I turn off so you won't hurt Jesy's ears"

Well that was harsh, but then again when was Jacob never harsh.

Before I could say anything back, I realized we parked in front of the restaurant.

I took my seat belt off and went too Jesy's door and opened up. I unbuckled her and picked her up.

Jesy's eyes then go wide. She hasn't seen a 'big' building for awhile now, of course cause Jacob didn't let us go anywhere.

"Look mommy" Jesy point's "Its big"

Too me, it was a regular, medium, size building, but too her It was like a castle and of course, I wouldn't ruin that for her.

"Its a big castle" Jesy smiles.

"It is and your the princess" I tickle her.

Jesy laughs, but then Jacob appears right by us and speaks up.

"She ain't no damn princess"

I gasp and put Jessys head in my shoulder, covering her ears.

"How can you say that?!" I yell quietly.

"Well its true, isnt it!?" He yells back.

"The least you can do is give your daughter a nice childhood"

"Fuck!" He yells. "I don't claim her as mine. She's not my daughter"

I gasp again, "She is to your daughter and you will give her the best!"

"First of all, she is not mine! Never will be" He shouts "And second of all, never tell me what to do!"

I felt like crying, but I had too stay strong.

I then hear sniffling and look to see tears coming from Jesy's eyes. She just heard everything.

"Now, tell that fucking girl of yours to stop crying or I will not hesitate too hit her" Jacob says threw gritted teeth.

Jacob fixes himself a bit then smiles.

"Now, when you stop acting like a dumbass, I will be inside waiting for you both" Then he walks away.

I felt tears come from my eyes. I knew I couldnt be strong for long. I let all the tears fall.

"Mommy, please dont cry" Jesy says, sniffling a bit.

She wipes away my tears, then her own and smiles. She looks back and sees Jacob gone.

"We leave now?" Jesy whispers.

I chuckle and nod my head.

I set Jesy back into her car seat and buckle her up again. I close her door and make it too the drivers seat. I set there for a little, letting all my tears fall. Luckily, Jacob always leaves the keys in the car.

I turn on the engine and drive out of the parking lot.
