I awoke to Beth shaking me. I got up grabbed my knife and gun. I put my gun in my pocket. I stabbed a few walkers until we made it past the third fence. I killed the guards with armor by stabbing under their necks. "Stop," Rick says. "Well, it looks secure," Glenn says. "Not from the look of the courtyard over there. And that's a civilian," Daryl says. "So the interior could be overrun from outside the prison?" T-dog asks. "Well if there are walls down we can't rebuild this whole place," Glenn says. "We can't risk a blind spot, we have to push in," Rick says. Rick opens a door and we all crowd in. As we walk up the stairs, there was another door rick open it and we flooded in. We saw a guard in a guard lookout dead upon us. Daryl looks around the place looking for walkers. I did the same. Rick goes up to where that guard was and grabs his keys. He comes back down. He opens the gate to a prison room with prison stall. Where prisoners used to sleep. We all look around cautiously. Rick locks the door, so walkers won't come in. When the place was secure I grabbed my sleeping bag and guitar Beth brought in. I thank her by writing in my notebook. "What do you think?" Rick asks. "Home sweet home," Glenn says. "For the time being," Rick answers. "It's secure?" Lori asks. "The cellblock is," Rick assures. "What about the rest of the prison?" Hershel asks. "In the morning we'll look for the infirmary and cafeteria," Rick says. "We sleep in cells?" Beth asks. "I found keys on some guards. Daryl has a set, too," Rick says. I nod. "I ain't sleeping in no cage. I'll take the perch," Daryl says. "Pretty gross," Beth says to Carl and I. I nod. "Yeah, remember the storage units?" Carl asks. I laugh. "Its actually, It's actually pretty comfortable," Beth tells us. "Check it out." "You find your cell yet?" Hershel asks. "Yeah, I was just making sure Beth and Nalia were safe," Carl says. I got to the bunk above Beth. I write, 'your right, it is pretty comfortable.' "I know right," Beth says. I set my bag on the corner of the bed, and the guitar on the floor closest to me. "See you two tomorrow," Carl says. "See you," Beth says. Hershel chuckles. I lie down and stretch. "Did you get scratched," I whisper to her. "No," Beth says. "Lemme' see," I say. I jump off the top of the bunk bed and make a thunk. I look over her back, no scratches I whisper in her ear. I heard Carol and Lori settle in. I grabbed my notebook and write.

'June 29th, Friday. It's been a while since I spoke to you, Lori read my notes so I avoided you for a bit. A lot has happened walkers invaded the farm and the farm blew up in flames. We survived winter. Lori looks like she's ready to have her baby, I'm not sure if she has to have a C-section. We found a prison and cleared out most of it, talk to you later journal.'

I fell asleep on the bed exhausted from all of the hard work.  I woke up to Beth saying. "psst, psst Nalia are you awake?" I whisper back, "yes." I lean off of the bed hanging on the side.  "I'm exhausted what is it?" I ask. "just wanted to wake you, because I'm not tired," she tells me. I roll my eyes and went back up fixing the sheet on my legs. I took it off of my feet and looked at my socks, they were completely black. I remembered they were a bluish, purplish color. I took them off and threw them on the floor and heard the water make a "squash!" my eyes when I heard the ruckus. I look down at Beth to see her snoring softly. I chuckle beneath my breath. I lie back down and shut my eyes and see black once again. I looked around, still black. I then hear Beth saying, "get up were going, well your going." I jump off the side of the bed landing lightly. I slip my feet into my leather boots and feel water in them. I cringe as I walked out making the squishing noise when you had snow in your snow boots.

I walked out fixing my flannel and waved hello to Rick. "Hey, you're still coming along right?" Rick asks. I nod. We walked to the gate, I glanced and saw that Hershel was coming. Hershel did become much stronger over the months, and he opened up even more sharing things about his past. Even Beth got to know me, she got to know I had a twin sister.

We opened the gate and walked through, and held flashlights. I held the pistol in my hand while the flashlight in the other. We ran into walkers a couple of times and we ran the opposite way. I then hear a yell and then a thud. I ran as fast as I could faster than anyone. I then saw Hershel. On the ground crying for help, I killed the walker. I picked Hershel up and walked swiftly, Rick came and helped we arrived at the cafeteria. Rick cut Hershel's leg off with a "Crackle! Yank! Crackle! Yank!" I grabbed a table with wheels for food and pushed it over. all of a sudden people came out, prisoners. We wheeled Hershel out to the halls, we ran into walkers I killed them. We finally got back to the cells. "clamp, clump, clamp, clump," I heard behind me. I looked behind, there were the prisoners following us. I opened the door and rolled him in. Carl locked the door. I stayed outside of the cells. I hid with T. I then heard them walk in. Daryl talked to them. T and I walked out. I held my gun out, on the safety of course. I turned off the safety and pointed it at them. "Woah little girl put the gun down. I don't think little girls should be holding guns," he says. I glare. "Aren't you going to talk eh?" he asks. "She can't," T tells them. "Who are they?" someone asks in the cell. "Prisoners, survivors," Rick tells them. Rick comes out. We try to negotiate.

I walked inside, not caring. "what happened out there?" Carl asks. I pointed to Hershel and then made the motion of a walker bite. "Hershel got bit?" Carl asks. I walk into Beth and I's room and tell her the news. She then runs to me and hugs me tight. I rub her back in a soothing motion to help her feel much better. We walked in where Hershel was staying, I saw Carol taking care of Hershel incorrectly, I pushed her a tiny bit out of the way and did it the correct way. I then walk out. "Where are you going?" Carl asks me.  "Can I come?" Carl asks. I shrug.
