chapter 8: a father's pride and his daughters defiance

After Kushina and Zabuza came to pick up naruto at the hokage monument from Hinata and take him home to bed, Hinata had gone back home herself only to be met by her strict and prideful arrogant father Hiashi Hyuga as he asked and said"where have you been daughter??. it's nearly midnight and you should have been back after your mission.!!!"he said in a Stern voice as if punishing a 4 year old child.and Hinata with as much courage as she could get said"I was with Naruto-kun at the Hokage monument,we are together and happy now father. Naruto-kun is in a very emotional delicate position now and only I can keep him calm.we complete each other.if you object to us dating and being together then as per hyuga clan law I will invoke the right to denounce The name Hyuga and status as your successor and declare severance from the clan if needed!!!."Hiashi was shocked to say the least.he never thought the day Hinata, his own daughter, would actually stand up for herself against him and worse, threaten to leave the clan.and for what??,a person who has no clan,no family,no royal status or blood line of any kind??? Hiashi then asked"and what are you going to do then.??? The boy is an orphan he has no clan no family."that was the last straw,Hinata snapped and said for your information Father,  Naruto-kun IS of royal blood.AND has two of the most powerful blood lines in the history of the hidden leaf.!!!"now Hiashi was curious.what blood lines could naruto possess that are more powerful than the Byakugan.???so,he decided to ask"and just what May I ask, are these powerful blood lines he has that out class OUR Byakugan or even the uchiha sharingan eyes.??? I must know in the event that you do plan on doing what you say and decide to leave the clan and denounce The Hyuga clan name."and Hinata said"I'm sorry, father.  but only the hokage can tell you that.i have actually said to much already"and Hiashi thought to himself ' she's hiding something about The boy and I must find out what it is.and if only the hokage can tell me about it then that's what I'll do.'  Hiashi was determined that was for certain.and would not stop until he gets what he wants,and that was answers.the next morning naruto woke up and noticed he wasn't with Hinata and panicked shouting"HINATA-CHAN.HINATA-CHAN WHERE ARE YOU!!!???"Kushina and Zabuza heard naruto calling out for Hinata. looking at Zabuza she said"don't worry, I'll handle it.zabuza just nodded his head and continued eating breakfast.kushina went up to Naruto's room and opened the door walked up to naruto and said in a calming voice that only a loving mother would use said" it's okay Naruto-kun, Sochi. I'm here.your mother is here now.everything will be alright.hinata's fine.she back at her family's compound."naruto just cried into his mother's shoulder saying constantly"I want to be with Hinata-chan,I need my Hinata-chan.where are you my Hime!!!???"and Kushina just thought to herself ' something must have happened to him in wave country.something that only Hinata can do to keep him happy.sarutobi, your going to pay for letting these people do this to mine and minato's son.' and with that thought put aside Kushina decided to ask Hinata what happened and find out why her son couldn't go anywhere without her.ironicaly Hinata was at the front door of the uzumaki family compound,she arrived ten minutes ago since the uzumaki family compound was at the edge of the Hyuga and uchiha districts she knocked on the door and Kushina answered the door.she then let Hinata in and said"Hinata,so good of you to stop by.what brings you here today???"and Hinata said"I'm here to see how Naruto-kun is doing.i know he won't go anywhere without me so I just thought I'd check in and see how he is."Kushina knew that her words were the truth.naruto wasn't seen anywhere without Hinata by his side.witch made her want to ask"Hinata, did something happen in wave country that I need to know about.please tell me what happened.ten minutes ago naruto he woke up and wouldn't stop calling out for you.i'm deeply worried."and so Hinata went on to explain to Kushina how when kakashi was teaching naruto and his teammates the tree walking exercise to what the Haruno fan girl slut and the last uchiha insulted him and how the uchiha said he had no family or friends and was a stupid clanless orphan loser.witch caused naruto to unlock both his mokuton and rinnegan. to say Kushina was stunned would be an understatement.she.was.FURIOUS.witch was to be expected.she then looked at Hinata and said"thank you Hinata. is there anything else you can think of???"and Hinata said"well.he did almost lose control of himself to the nine tails chakra because of the uchiha waking him up and almost killed him had I not intervened.he passed out after that and fell asleep."Kushina said"that explains a lot of why he's so close to you.you keep him from going back to that dark place in his mind.your the light that holds back his darkness.the love that keeps his hatred contained.yin and Yang you complete each other."Hinata blushed a little and said"I know.but father seems to think otherwise.i threatened him saying that I would leave the clan and denounce The Hyuga clan name if he didn't."Kushina was surprised that Hiashi was against his daughter and naruto being together.but even more surprised that she would abandon her own clan and family for Naruto's happiness.kushina said"I'm glad you feel that way about my son Hinata. just know that you have the uzumaki clans full support.zabuza,I think it's time we paid Hiashi a little 'visit' later today."Zabuza just smirked and grinned like a mad when Kushina emphasized the word visit as in keeping my son from seeing your daughter will be a very big mistake.try it and you will die. Zabuza just chuckled softly gripping his sword and said"oh,I can't wait for you to introduce me to him.noone gets between my nephew and his happiness.if I have to I'll kill the whole civilian council and Hyuga clan if I must just to get our point across."Hinata just gulped and said"let's hope it doesn't come to that."naruto then came rushing out of his room and shouted HINATA-CHAN!!!!.I MISSED YOU!!! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME ALONE AGAIN!!!!"Kushina then said"I've actually been giving that some thought and I want the two of you to sign this"as she pulled out two giant scrolls.one with the symbol for tiger and the other for panther.kushina then said"these are summoning contracts.with them you can send messages to each other.they can also assist you in battle."naruto and Hinata where excited.because not only did they have a way of being together while apart from each other,they could also have extra help with defeating the enemy without much damage to themselves.naruto then said"wow mom thanks.so Hinata-chan witch one will you sign tiger or panther.i have the rinnegan so I can sign both but I only want the same one as you."and Hinata said"hmm let me think... I'll sign the panther contract.they blend in with the shadows more easily and are great for assassination tactics."naruto then said"then I'll sign it as well"and so Kushina unraveled the scroll and naruto saw it was blank and asked"are we the first ones to sign it???"asked a confused naruto and Kushina said"yes actually,you are.not many people want to sign this contract because of the boss summons panthro.his test is one of courage and bravery."naruto and Hinata both wanted to sign the panther contract even more now that they heard this and naruto said"bring it on!!!. Hinata-chan and I can conquer anything together!!!"said naruto and Kushina said"fine.but don't get to scared when you meet him and run off."said Kushina as she showed them the hand signs for the summoning jutsu.they signed their names in blood and after closing up the scroll naruto and Hinata went through the proper hand signs and at the same time shouted"SUMMONING JUTSU!!!"and two large Puffs of smoke appeared and when it cleared there stood male humanoid like panther and next to him a beautiful woman like panther these were the two boss summons panthro and his wife Panthera.panthro looked around and asked"who has summoned us and why???"asked panthro.and naruto and Hinata  said" we did panthro -sama, lady panthera."naruto then introduced himself and said"my name is naruto uzumaki panthro-sama and I wish to take your test of bravery.name the task and I will do it."panthro gave it some thought and then said"very well.since you and your mate have summoned both of us THEN you and your mate will fight both of us."hearing this naruto just said"very well.i accept your challenge."and so the fight between the two panther summons and naruto and Hinata had begun.naruto made 1000 shadow clones and Hinata got into her family jyuken gentle fist stance naruto had his clones attack panthro and panthera to get a sense of what their battle style was and how to expose a weak point so that Hinata's eight trigrams sixty-four Palms could paralyze them.it worked like a charm see that panthro and panthera where getting tired Hinata went in for the killing blow but panthera said"STOP!!!.the challenge is over.not many people have faced us to the point where we became tired and unable to fight anymore.you both have shown great bravery and courage in the face of overwhelming odds.we accept you as our summoners."and then they disappeared back to the summons realm."naruto then said Holly crap,they sure hit hard.if I hadn't made those clones we'd be flattened if not dead by now!!!."Kushina just stood there clapping her hands and said"well done you two.i didn't expect you to summon both panthro and panthera at the same time.very impressive.wouldn't you say Zabuza nii-san???."and Zabuza said"very impressive indeed Kushina nee- chan."and so now that both naruto and Hinata had a way to contact each other even when apart they would still be together.
