"You love me?" He voice echoed through her head like a broken record. As much as she begged, wished, and prayed - she couldn't take back her words. They were implanted in his mind, and there was no escape.

"No," she said, clearing her throat. She averted her gaze from him to the glass in her hands, whereas his was still fixated on her.

"But you just told me." He said slowly, slightly confused. She closed her eyes tightly, crossing everything that she could. She wished she had thought before making her stupid, careless statement.

"Prove it."
