I'm not going to go into full detail about the things that have happened to me because it's triggering and I'm still trying to overcome my past experiences.

I'm writing this book because I myself am diagnosed with PTSD and over the past couple of days I have seemed to lost hope in everything. I stopped eating, I stopped talking, I stopped going to school and was just stuck in this state if constant self loathing. But as I spent time by myself and I took time to collect my thoughts  I realized that I can't keep going on like this and that not everything that has happened to me is my fault.

Yes, I'm still having days where I'm having flashbacks and I feel like I'm worthless and just absolute rubbish but I'm making an effort to fix myself and help others as well.

This book is not only for myself but it's also for anyone needing help and comfort.

I'm not going to tolerate any negative comments taking down others or myself.

This book with mostly consist of inspirational quotes, self care tips, and a place to talk things out.
