So I know it's not perfect and the grammer and punctuation is not perfect, I'm so sorry I'm usually such a grammer nazi, but I honesty just wanted to get something out on this story again. as I've said before I have about 15 more chapters on this story of Jack Chapman but I'm working on them and still unsure if they're worth posting. let me know what y'all think of this and don't be scared to comment and like please??? it keeps me motivated do without further delay ... here is Jack and the Girl ...

They trudged through the dense ever changing landscape at a quick pace led by jack as he kept constant eyes on the horizon and sun.

"So exactly what kind of girl are you?"

waving her fingers on a circular pattern creating a clear path for them amongst the dense trees, as she said, "Not a normal one," taking the lead onto the new trail with bent and yielding stalks,

"That's for damn sure," he mumbled to himself before he followed her, "well is there anything you can tell me?"

"you are American, you are a flyer, very brave ..."

"I mean about you?"

"about myself? what would you like to know?"

before he could form a response she spoke up,

"How do men sleep?"

"What,"

"Tree, dirt, rock, curve, straight?"

"we sleep how you do I suppose,"

"I do not sleep much, I see things,"

"so ... what do you do at night?"

"I watch the stars," she suddenly and slowly crotched low motioning for jack to do the same. he was unsure but he trusted her as he watched her dig into the earth then throwing the dark soil up into the air, at once there were small sparkling lights all above them yet no soil fell back to them, "these lights..."

"Wow,"

"Come," she held out her hand, "The most dangerous places hold the purest beauty,"

"Yes they do," he agreed, "how did you learn these things?

"The King, he keeps his creatures safe. We are all his creatures here and as long as we never forget who the true god is we stay safe."

"that giant gorilla that attacked us? he is your king?"

"They call him Kong," she sighed as she stood and motioned for jack again to lead the way. she waited until he was a few strides ahead of her before she continued, "He guided us to a place behind the water, he built us a safe place in the earth surrounded by rock and strong trees and vines. He would bring us giant sea creatures to eat when we were near starving, he took care of us too,"

"so thoes lizards, they're worse than the monkey?"

she froze in step turning to look at him, "What monkey? Monkey?"

the big guy, your king," he explained.

"Monkey. It is a funny word, you say again?"

"Monkey," he chuckled

they laughed together for awhile, before the girl shook her head and said, "come on we must keep moving,"

"Monkey, the giant monkey?"

Oh, the king, you made him very angry. You wake up the devil's," she waved her hand like billowing smoke and an strange transparent image appeared before their eyes,

"that's the thing that almost killed me!"

"they have no name I know, but giant lizard and he would have gladly eaten you, you were in his territory,"
