Melissa POV
They say the first day is always the worst, yet if you make at least one new friend then it will be okay. I should probably introduce myself, I am Melissa, I'm 11 and I live in Scotland. I am going to a new high school...the only problem? I am the only one of my primary (elementary) school pupils going here, whats worse is that my only friend, her name is Isla (Islaiscool15) is a year younger then me...she was held back a year. My cousins JoLynne and Jayde live in the U.S.A and so I cant speak to them much. My looks? I have brown hair that goes just above my stomach with Cherry Auburn tips, my left eye is blue and my right eye is green, I have thick glasses and my lips are quite small. My school uniform (every school in Scotland has one) consists of a black school hoodie(its true), black jeans, a polo shirt and black shoes. My school bag is a T.A.R.D.I.S messenger bag.
So here I am, sat on the bus. I am sitting in the back, where the seniors sit. The front is where the first years sit. Suddenly all the seniors come up the stairs, a guy sees me sitting in the back and runs up to me grabs my bag and runs back to his seat I get up and climb over the seats until I get to his where I sit down. "Thanks...for...saving my...butt", I panted
"Welcome. I am Ashley", The guy who helped me claimed, "this is Andy, Christian but we call him CC, Jeremy we call him Jinxx and this is Jake"
"Hi, I'm Melissa"
"Which Primary are you from?" Andy asked me
"***** Primary School"
"Oh cool! We're from ********,a school close by there!"
I nodded my head, fascinated
"My cousins went there!"
"Whats their names?"
"JoLynne and Jayde."
They all nodded and I got my iPod out. "can we listen with you?", Ashley asked
I nodded my head and plugged in a lot of headphone splitters. they all plugged in their own headphones and I started my music. Sick Puppies, Riptide started and they all looked at each other then at me "YOU LIKE SICK PUPPIES??!!", Andy practically yelled.
I nodded and they grinned. after that song Kiss came on for a bit. once again they grinned and sung along. Then the Jonas Bros came on, I skipped them.
After a while it was time to get off. I got my schedule. Most of my classes are with Ashley and Andy. My first class was Math(s)
After my first two classes I headed to the cafeteria for break. I had a pack of Oreos from the vending machines and sat with the rest of the guys. After eating the pack of Oreos we headed off to music which I had with all the guys.
*time skip to LUNCH*
When I arrived at the cafeteria the guys were all sitting at a table. I got my lunch and joined them. Andy was talking about starting a band with all the other guys. When he saw me joining them he stopped and started talking to me "so my mum is out of town for a bit and the guys are gonna stay over at mine tonight. Wanna come?"
"Sure, I'll text my mum and let her know I am gonna stay at yours."
I pulled out my iPod and sent a message to her. She replied a couple of minutes saying that it was okay. Ashley and Andy(who I was sitting beside) looked over my shoulder and smiled. After we finished eating we headed off to our final classes.
*TIME SKIP TO BUS*
I got on the bus and sat beside Andy who side hugged me. "You live in Insch and I live in Aberdeen, do you want my mum to pick you up before she leaves?",Andy asked
"No its okay, I'll get the train."
"You sure?"
I nodded and grabbed my iPod which still had the headphone splitters and I plugged my headphones in. Everyone else then plugged theirs in. Pierce The Veil stay away from my friends started playing and we burst out laughing.
