Also I just wanna make a small note. The only reason I had this be a vigilante AU is because he has the collar of the Nemetrix and it is thought of as a tool not a quirk. And yes he can't take it off it is permanently stuck on him until he finds to code to take it off(there is no code)
MIDORIYA POV
It was another day of Junior high for me. Kacchan was bullying me, her friends were all laughing at me and I was being picked on by everyone at school. School had finally ended and I was packing up my things. But then Kacchan came and grabbed my notebook. She made fun of me for dreaming about being a hero. Then she blew up my notebook and it turned to ash. I felt like crying and I ran out. I didn't even go home I ran to the abandoned forest we use to play in when we were kids. I hated my life. I stayed in the forest for what seemed like hours. By the time I was done crying I saw it was already dark. I decided to walk home. As I was walking I looked at the night sky and saw a shooting star. I closed my eyes and made a wish
Midoriya:I wish I could be a Hero
Then I opened my eyes and saw the Shooting star change course and come towards me. My eyes widened when I saw it come down. I ducked down and the shooting star or I guess a meteor hit the ground not far from me. I dropped my backpack and ran towards the Meteor. When I got there I saw it made a medium size crater. I was standing on the edge until the edge broke and I fell in the crater. After I hit the ground I stood up and dusted my self off. I looked at the Meteor and walked towards it. When I reached it I saw it wasn't even a Meteor it was some type of Medallion. But it looked like it was a mouth. I picked it up and dusted off the dirt from it.

It looked cool, but what was it. I flipped it on the other side and saw it was blank on the other side. But then it started to glow and shake in my hand. Then I flew out of my hand and attached to my neck and put a Collar around my neck. I tried to take it off, but it wouldn't. I tried to rip it off, but it would't budge. I climbed out of the crater and still kept trying to take it off. Then I put my palm on the front of it and I heard it make a strange noise. Then it spit out a whistle. I picked it up and examined it. Curiosity took me over and I picked up the whistle and blew it. It made a strange noise and I felt my body change. My body ached as I saw a bright red flash. When the flash was over I felt different. I tried to talk, but all that came out was just hisses, roars, and grunts. I poked around and I saw a pond. I walked over to it and saw that I was in my hands a d knees, but my hands were... CLAWS?! I ran to the pond and saw what I had turned I to.

I was so afraid. But then I smelled smoke and ran towards it. I saw it was a forest fire and the MCFD(Musutafu City Fire Department) were trip to put out the fire. I was watching from a distance and thankfully no one saw me. But then I heard screams coming from the fire. I looked at the fire as people were screaming from inside. I wanted to help.
NO ONE POV
Midoriya was done feeling helpless. He let out a road and it caught everyone's attention. He ran towards the fire as Buglizard. The hero's tried to stop him, but Midoriya jumped over them. He rushed into the fire. He followed the screams. When he reached them. He saw it as a small family. Midoriya crawled towards them and they were scared shitless. But then the daughter of the family slowly walked over to Midoriya.
Girls dad: Ochako stay away from it!
She didn't listen. She got close to Midoriya and held her hand out to him. He nuzzled against her hand. She was not afraid of Midoriya as the Buglizard. Then he wrapped his tail around her waist and lifted her in the air. He placed her on his back k and motioned for her Mother and Father to do the same. They were hesitant at first,but got on. After they were on Midoriya roared and ran threw the forest as it was still on fire. As he was running one of the tree fell and boo led his path. But he was still running. Uraraka yelled at him to stop, but he didn't listen. When they were about to hit the tree. He jumped over it. Uraraka's dad did fall off, but Midoriya caught him with his tail and put him back on. On the outside of the forest some of the water based hero's were trying to put out the for while MCFD Were trying to also put out the fire. But then they heard stomping coming from the forest. Then Midoriya burst threw the trees with the family. They got off of Midoriya and everyone was speechless. Before the hero's could catch Midoriya he ran away. He ran as fast as he could. He made it until the city and kept running. He ran up one of the buildings and people that were still watched as he did. Some even recorded it. He made it to the top of the building and kept running. He ran and jumped from roof to roof. He made back to his house and went through his window. He managed to slip threw, but there was one problem. He didn't know how to change back. He panicked and scampered around his rooms bit. But then there was a knock at his door.
Inko: Izuku are you okay
Midoriya: *SHIT!*
He panicked even more. But then the Nemetrix started to make a strange noise and it flashed three times. On the last flash all Midoriya saw was a bright red light and when it disappeared he was that he was back to normal, but still had the collar on... And he lost his clothes. He panicked e an more a d just jumped in bed and pulled the covers over him. Then Inko opened his door.
Inko: Izuku are you okay
Midoriya: y-yeah mom I'm fine
She shrugged and left his room. Once she closed the door. He jumped out of bed and locked his door. He got dressed and tried to yank the collar off. But it was no use it was stuck around his neck. Luckily it was the weekend. He Dr died to leave it for tomorrow to deal with it. He laid back down in bed and slept. As he was asleep he didn't notice that the Nemetrix turned from red to green.
