Relieved Mysterious Night.

Here l am once again contemplating the dark of the sea in a beautiful euphoric night. I like to be here most of the time ever since I'm in this place, is a very calming and nice place to just think right under the glistening stars accompanied with the sweet sound of the waves. I always come here alone. l enjoy seeing the people around me having conversations just enjoying the ambient of a cold, lonely, and windy night full of street yellow lights making it somehow kind of comforting and warm.

??: "what are you thinking right now?"
A sudden girl right next to me says interrupting my thoughts.

Namjoon: "excuse me, are you talking to me?" I say calmly a little confused since l don't know this girl and nobody ever have talk to me so sudden, mostly in this kinda unknown quiet place.

??: "yeah, who else would l be talking to? We are literally the only ones standing in this balcony" she laughs softly. I take a look at the stars to then look around for everyone and it seems that everyone is in the little park down this balcony. I realize that she's right so l laugh softly too and say.

"Oh.. Sorry. I guess l was too immerse in my thoughts that l forgot how fast time passes sometimes." She looked at me with strange eyes and says.

"That's why l asked what's on your mind.. You seemed a little.." She look me in the eyes to then cross her gaze softly to the sea, paused for 4 seconds to then look at me with a playful gaze and a little tiny smirk.

"Interesting to be honest, your eyes didn't quit a minute looking at the strong waves of this sea." I laugh feeling a little embarrassed while putting my head down a little bit.

"Did l really looked like that? I'm sorry." She says.
"Sorry? What do you need to feel sorry about? It's ok. I am like that sometimes too." She's smiling. She seems to smile a lot? with her saying that l felt less embarrassed so l say.

"Ok, sorry, l didn't meant to-" l realized l was apologizing once again and she did too so we both end up laughing, she says while laughing, "you are doing it again! It's ok, l understand."

I don't know what to do so l just nod my head into an 'ok' movement. We both look into the moon and notice how the light was smoothly reflecting the sea keeping silence along with the background sound from the splash of the waves, little smirks into our faces as kinda reminding the situation that just happened.. She softly starts to speak saying.

"So.. You didn't answer my question earlier," she looks at me with pretty shiny eyes, l realized she has such beautiful eyes.

"What were you thinking?"

I hesitated a little because l don't know her but then l thought that l might not see her again since I'm just in Malta for a short vacations.

"I.. Was just thinking about people, life and.. Just kinda appreciating the scenery of this moment to be honest" I say while looking at the people passing with their bicycles, dogs etc. She then made an impressive expression and asked.

"Oh really? What do you like about it?" She seemed genuinely interested so l say.
"Well l just like to see how different people's perspective of living are, and how they find pleasurable things in the tiniest stuff like whenever it is blowing bubbles, drinking their favorite drink, eating a hotdog or just seating talking with friends, seeing a movie, meeting new people.. How people interact indeed is kinda interesting to watch."

I say backing up a little trying not to make her think I'm some kind of creepy person but l noticed that as l was talking she was also looking at all the things l was pointing out in my speech... She proceeds to say. "Well yeah, those things are pretty interesting if you say it that way. Do you think they find some kind of comfort in the night?".
