Tears fell from my eyes as I looked at the test in my hand. I got an ultrasound and they said it was a little...

"Its a boy." the nurse told me.
I looked at Jonah and he was beaming with happiness.
"Now you can teach him how to play baseball" I say with a chuckle. He chuckles too. The nurse cleans my stomach and give a me the ok to go home. As soon as we get home I feel my stomach cramp up and I almost fall from the pain. Thankfully Jonah caught me.

{8 months later}

I wake up and feel on the other side of the bed and feel my Jonah laying there wide awake going through his phone. I smile at him, but that smile goes away after I feel a sharp pain in my stomach and the sheets get wet.
"Babe I think my water broke!" I say to Jonah. He jumps up and throws on a shirt. I get up and Jonah is rushing all over the place. Jonah grabs me and leads me to the car. He rushes down the road when all of the sudden we get pulled over by a cop.
"Sir... Do you realize how fast you were going?" he asks Jonah. Jonah points in the backseat and the cop instantly understands. He tells Jonah to follow him and gets in his car. He turns on his sirens and lights and leads the way to the hospital. When we get there, there is already a nurse with a wheelchair cmwaiting for us. The cop must've told them we were coming. I get in the wheelchair and the zoom down the hallways to a room where I could have my baby boy.

They clean the baby and lay him on my stomach with only a diaper.
"Hi. I'm gonna name you Jonah Carte. After your father." I say to him even though he doesn't understand a word I say. I look at Jonah and he is crying tears of happiness.
"You're gonna be a great father." I smile at him. He smiles and nods. They take Jonah Jr. from me and took him to another room. They told Jonah that Jonah Jr. and I would thathave to stay the night and he needed to go home. He left and I fell straight to sleep due to all the stress today.
