Chapter 10: Goodnight

After school, me, Gina, Alice, and Heaven walk out of the school laughing as Principal Love calls my name.

Everyone turn around, "Oh, Principal Love. What are you doing out here? Shouldn't you be working at this time?" Alice asked.

Principal Love smiles, "Actually, I get off at four on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Wednesdays and Fridays is where I get off after school."

I asked, "Really? Why is that?"

"Well, I have a regular visit with my psychologist on those days."

Heaven asked, "What makes you want to go home before you see her?"

"I like changing from my regular clothes, to something warm and comfy to wear."

I asked, "Oh, does it get cold inside?"

Principal Love crosses his arms, "Yeah. It does get cold inside. When I first visit there, I couldn't stop shivering to where a good samaritan warmed me up. Not only because I'm always cold, but the ac inside is ice cold to where my ears get cold." He shivers.

"Aw, you poor thing. At least you now remembered to bring a jacket to go see a psychologist. I wish I was there. I would've kept you warm this whole time. Do you want a hug?"

He smiles, "Oh it's okay Mi-Chan. I'm not that cold. I just get the shivers thinking about it."

I smiled, "Okay. I just thought you need a hug. Well, see you tomorrow." Me, Gina, Alice, and Heaven turns around and exit the schoolyard.

Principal Love waved, "Bye Mi-Chan. See you all tomorrow." He walks to exit the schoolyard.

At Heaven's room, Heaven sobs uncontrollably as Nurse Beanie walks in the room. It's nine o' clock at night.

She rustles his head, "What's wrong Heaven-Kun?"

He sobs, "I have a really bad dream."

She gasps, "Oh no. Do you wanna talk about it?"

He shakes his head, "Aw, do you want me to put you to sleep?"

He responds, "Yes please."

She gets up to grab his huge teddy bear, Mr. Hugs, his emergency blanket, and Sir Love. She puts Mr. Hugs on the bed before giving him Sir Love and the emergency blanket.

"You better now?"

He yawns, "Can you sing me to sleep?"

She smiles, "Of course not."

She tucks him to bed as she starts singing, "Sleep. Sleep. My prince. Sleep. Sleep. My prince. You'll always be my pretty, little angel. I will always hold you upon my arms. I will always love you within my heart. No matter where you go. I'll always guide you to your angel. When it's time to be put to rest. I'll always be here. To wind you down. Cause this is. My. Sweetheart. Lullaby." Heaven is asleep.

She kiss him, "Goodnight Heaven-Kun. Sleep tight my little prince." She leaves his room.
