Peter's POV:

I walk into my room after school cringing as I remember something that Flash told me when I hear a small giggle that seems to come from somewhere inside of my room. I look around with a confused face but do not hear anything else. "Hello?" I shrug to myself as I hear no answer, and take my homework out to do it. As I sit on my chair, I cannot shake the feeling of someone watching me. I look around again but still see nothing. I write down answers in my History book, the feeling not leaving me though it is more reassuring than scary for some reason.

Your POV:

He seems to sense that I am watching him, also a first. I watch him do his History homework but scoff as he has an answer wrong. He looks around again and I decide to try and talk to him to see how he'll react. "You got that answer wrong." He doesn't react, making me think that maybe it was all in my head. I mean, he doesn't see me so why would he hear me? Still, I try again. "Dude, you got it wrong." He reacts this time, looking around with wide eyes. "Who's there?" He's still unable to see me which annoys me a bit, but at least I know he can hear me.

I concentrate on him, imagining an image of him seeing me in my head. He continues to look around so I try again. Come on, just make him see me, please. I close my eyes and continue to imagine him seeing him when I hear a gasp. I open my eyes, looking right at his. "Um... Hi. Do you... Do you see me?" I ask, waving awkwardly as I greet him. He nods, mouth wide open. "You're... Spider-Man, right?" He seems shocked by my question. "Uh, yeah, I mean, no, I'm not," He quickly says, making me giggle a bit. "So, that's a yes," I state with an amused smirk. He sighs but nods yes. I sit on his bed as he sits on his chair, staring at me in curiosity.

"How did you find out I was Spider-Man? And who are you?" He asks, his voice shy but comforting for some reason. I quickly snap out of my daydreaming though. "Oh, I was just watching Tony and-" I start but he interrupts me. "YOU KNOW MISTER STARK?" I give him a confused frown. "No, why would I? I was just watching Tony work on a suit and I realized that it wasn't for any of the Avengers so I searched on Google for a hero of spiders since there was a spider on the suit-" He interrupts me again. "Wait, are you like a stalker? Why were you watching him while you don't even know him?" I roll my eyes at him with a huff. "Boy, lemme finish." He nods like a child. "Sorry."

"So, as I was saying, I found videos on youtube of a guy called Spider-.an. I looked at every place he had been and realized that he was living in Queens so I hacked Tony's system and found an address which led me here," I explain casually as he gasps at me. "You HACKED THE Tony Stark!?" He asks. "Well, yeah, it's easy when you have weird ghost abilities." He gives me a confused look. "Ghost?" I look at him with a duh look but then laugh. "Oooh! You don't know! I'm dead." I smile at him but he just stares with a blank look, looking as if he is trying to understand what I just told him.

"WAIT, WHAT!?" He suddenly screams. I huff at him. "Keep it down or you might bring attention. Yes, I am a ghost. I was really bored so I started to watch Tony work. I decided to come here to see who is Spider-Man. Get it?" I ask. He slowly nods, seeming in shock but not scared as I thought he would be. We stare at each other for a while and I glance at his History homework. "Oh yeah, I was trying to tell you that you got an answer wrong," I state, pointing at it. He looks at the homework and then at me and then at the homework again. Seeming to give up on whatever he was thinking of, he takes his pencil. "Which one?" I get up and look over his shoulder, pointing at the wrong one. He looks at it and facepalms, seeing his error.

I sit back on the bed while watching him work. He glances at me from time to time, blushing everything I make eye contact with him. "Do you... Remember how you died?" I jump at his question and realize that he is staring at me. "Oh, uh, no," I casually answer. He seems to see my awkwardness though because he frowns. I bite my bottom lip and start playing with my hands. "I actually do not remember my... time alive, as I call it," I explain. He gives me an empathic look that I choose to ignore. "Anyway, it just helps me move on, right?" He nods slowly, seeming unsure but still agreeing with me.

"Well, your skin is pretty pale, blue even. Maybe you drowned? It could partially explain the memory loss," He guesses, looking in deep thoughts. My eyes widen, as I had made the same assumption when I first woke up. "That's... What I thought, actually." He gives me a shy look and I shake the feeling off, one I had not felt before. After a while, he finishes his homework for the day and I look outside to see the dark sky looking back at me. "I had not realized that it was getting dark. That's weird," I mutter to myself before shrugging carelessly.

"Oh, yeah... Do ghosts sleep?" He looks at me. "Nope." He nods, taking notes in a notebook I had not realized was there before. "Uh, what's that?" He looks up at my question and blushes. "U-uh... I just thought that I could write everything down..." I blankly look at him, making him uncomfortable. Soon enough, though, my straight face turns into a smiling one as I giggle. "You should have seen your face!" He scoffs at me but I see a small smile at the corner of his lips. "Well, I should probably go now since you do need to sleep," I tell him. He frowns but nods. "I'll see you tomorrow?" I nod. "Of course! Well, bye, Spiderboy," I say with a wink before teleporting outside. I sigh and make my way back to the tower, already planning my next visit.
