"¿Hiciste tu tarea de Química?"
"Sí, te lo daré cuando vengas más tarde."
It was already the last period of the day and I found out that I only had 4 classes with the new kids. From what I can remember the classes were English, Calculus, Literature, and Theatre—hey, I enjoy a little drama. My last period—probably my favorite, was Study Hall and I typically went to the school's library to do any work I had left.
"I honestly can't wait to see you mom again," Ana gushed. "She's so nice and always treats me like I'm her child."
"She does that to everyone," I opened my binder and pulled out the Chemistry paper that had to be done by the both of us. "You got a ride there or do you wanna come with me when I leave."
Ana pulled out her own Chemistry sheet and began to write down some formulas. I honestly forgot what we were doing but it seems like it was along the lines of chemical formula; various formulas like C8H10N4O2, C27H46O, and (NH4)2SO4 were written down.
"Tengo un amigo que me lleva, one of the Italian kids."
I looked up from the formula I was writing down and raised an eyebrow at my Puerto Rican friend.
"¿Los Italianos? You already became friends with them?"
"Yes I did Miguel," She giggled gleefully. "I already became close with two of the guys and one of the girls. The guy you've seen before, yeah his name is Gaetano."
I raised both of my eyebrows in amusement. Strange names were always the best in my opinion.
"Gaetano," I chuckled. "Sounds hot."
Ana pulled out her phone and opened up her Snapchat. She went through her memories and clicked on one of the videos; the time stamp said 1:45 which meant she took it during her PE period.
"Mira, I took this video when Mr. Orduño went to get the bag of soccer balls from his office."

*Half of Ana's face appears with the other half looking at a guy in the back.*
Hey, Gaeton! Mira.
*Gaeton looks over at the camera with a confused look, but grins afterwards.*
Aye, Mira al Italiano guapo.
*Gaeton playfully flexes and lifts up his shirt revealing his torso and chest. Ana quickly pulls away her phone and laughter can be heard.*
|Video Ends|
I blink a couple of times but returned back to the formulas written down on my paper.
"Cool," I said nonchalantly. "He has a good body I guess."
Ana looked at me like I had insulted her mother or kicked her dog; offended basically. She placed her phone down, grabbed my face, and then shook my head back and forth rapidly.
