Hello, I'm Neil Armstrong.
There are about 20 people infected already. When we brought back some of the samples from Mars, the samples were almost live. They found a way to get underneath our skin. A disease has taken over those who have been infected. We have named this disease Marctanulsis. We have not told the public about this disease. We are not sure if it will spread.
I am now examining one of the ince living martians that I the NASA space group has found. I picked up the forceps and begin to look at the internal intestines and organs. I see that they have the same digestive system as us. The respiratory system is much different and so is the skeletal system. The martians have only one lung or what looks like a lung along with no sign of a windpipe. There are also no bone structure. Everything is made of cartilage.
There brains are a green slime that bounces off the sides of their cartilage skulls. It is attached with purple and pink veins that look like they send out some brain waves or messages. I make sure I have my gloves of securely, so no martian comes into contact with my skin. I'm the only one alive in the NASA science labratory right now. Evrryone else is either dead or is at home.
I have become very attached to the creature in front of me, but I realized that it was getting late and I need to come home to my family. I begin with placing a grey sheet over the martian and then I remove my gloves, placing them in the garbage disposal very carefully. I clean up around me, straightening papers and books. I pick up my tools and shove them into the decotamination oven, so they are ready for tomorrow morning.
I turn around only to find the grey sheet which has covered the martian on the floor and the martian gone from the table. I freeze and stand in place. There is no way the martian could have moved... it was dead. I grab the closest weapon to me, which happened to be a hardcover book about mars. It was labeled The Mystery on Mars. I grab the flashlight on the floor and shut off all the lights in the NASA science lab. I hurry and sit down in the corner of the lab, waiting until death comes to end my life.
