Chap 2-Part 4

As I looked up, the increasingly bright lights nearly blinded me. Upon ascension, I was greeted unfriendly by a group of awkwardly shaped creatures. They looked like as if they wanted to kill me. Upon a more careful examination, the eerie smily creatures looked like deformed cockroaches with a "cute" smile.
And apparently, they spoke english😳.
