My name is Kap. I'm a baby chimp, I usually stay close to my mum but I decided to go explore myself. I'm at a very large tree. I'm all alone but I will be heading back to my group soon.
Tonight I'm very excited because we are going to the trees where the sweetest fruit grows! I have finished climbing this tree and now I'm heading back to my group.
In the distance I can hear trees falling. The leader of our group, Rector tell us that there are people cutting down the trees.
As I approach my group there is suddenly a giant boom I'm the distance. I am pushed back by the force and I try to hold on to something but all that does is make my hands hurt. I finally land and it knocks me out.
