So we were walking home and Gareth asked me something.
"Hey Landon?"
"Yeah?" I responded
"Why have you've been muttering 'just shut up' when no one was talking to you and speaking in a different language?"
"Punch him" Horus said
"No, Horus shut up" Ra said
"No you! You 'king'" Horus responded in a mimicking... thought? Doesn't matter.
"Oh ye-" Ra was about to say when I intervened.
"Shut up! Both of you!" And they were quiet.
"Umm, Landon? Hello?" Gareth said
"Uh? Oh! Sorry. What were you saying?" I said back
"Why were you muttering in a different language?"
"Idk" I said intelligently. Then we stopped by my house. "Cya guys!"
"Bye!" They all said
And I walked into my house. But there looked like a shadow. I summoned my staff.
"Who's there?" I yelled "come out and state your business!"
Instead I got something worse, they ran out as I was chasing them they slammed the door in my face. Then I opened the door and no-one was there.
"What the?" I said full of confusion. I looked down and there was a note it read meet me at the park at 5:30. I looked a the clock it was 4:02. "Ok, I guess I'll get ready. I'll have to tell my cousins I won't be going to the carnival." (Don't ask).
I called their numbers and told each of them I was walking to the park. They were saying something as I left the group chat. "Oh, well." I thought. And with that I left.
