The New-Blood

Y/N's POV

Well I just moved into Inkwell Isles. I already have my house set up and now I'm looking for any jobs in the news paper since I don't have any internet yet. "Hmm?", you say out loud by accident after finding a small ad. The ad says, "Wanted! Job opening for waitress/performer!". You think to yourself thinking being a waitress is a pretty simple job and you do enjoy singing. You look for the name. "The Devil's Casino.." you mumble to yourself curiously and a bit worried. You sigh and take the chance of finding out if it's owned by the real Devil himself or if that's just the name. You go upstairs to your room and put on some more "fancier" clothing. You slip on a dressy top of your (F/C) and a black knee length skirt and some black boots to at least look matching. You grab a small backpack and put some things in there including your phone, wallet which has barely any cash left, some pepper spray, and a rock. Cause who knows what kind of creeps there are here. You put your hair in a bun/braid/ponytail. You throw on a bit of makeup and head back downstairs and for the door after cutting out the ad. You walk to the Devil's Casino and hope you get the job.

King's POV

Work today was slow... Slower than usual. As I walked past a table with three men I hear one say that there was a new girl in town. I look at him, and ask as politely as I can, "I'm sorry, Sir, but would you please repeat that?" He honestly looked scared for a minute, "U-Uhhh I-I said there was a new girl in town, uh Sir." King thought for a minute. "Thank you, Sir. I'll be on my way now gentlemen." King turned around and began walking to Devil's office. He knocked on the door. "What do you want?" a scratchy and deep voice said from inside the room. King cleared his voice and said "Code Blue, Sir..", his eyes started glowing neon green. Muffled and evil laughter started exploded in Devil's office. "You know what to do if she comes here, Dice.." "Yes, Sir." King smirked and walked back to the casino area.

Y/N's POV

I finally found the casino after what felt like an hour but once you checked your phone you found out it had only been about 10 minutes. You sigh and walk into the casino to find it surprisingly a bit empty? "Wow... I was expecting it to be packed." you think to yourself. You look around and see a tall, almost buff figure in a purple tail coat with a... Dice for a head? He looks sober and professional so he must work here or something seeing as anyone else who was here looked drunk or on the verge of being drunk at least. You walk over to him and tap his shoulder. "Um, excuse me, Sir? Do you work here?" you ask sheepishly since you are a little shy and have a hint of social awkwardness. He turned around and his eyes lit up. "Ah, you must be the new-blood everyone in Inkwell Isles is talkin' bout." Your once shy expression quickly turns into confusion. "What?" you ask. "Everyone knows that you just moved here, Darlin'."  "D-Darlin'!?" you scream inside your head as your face burns a bit. The dice headed man started to chuckle, "I didn't mean to make ya blush, New-Blood." He said with a not so convincing voice. "Yeah right! So do you work here or not?" He smirked "Yes indeed I do." (Y/N) hands him the ad she cut out and his eyes light a shiny neon green color "Uhhhh?" you exclaim confused.

King's POV

I see my eyes shining  neon green in her eyes "Follow me, Darlin'~." He said smoothly and started off to Devil's office and she trails behind him. He knocks 3 times, pauses, knocks again another 2 times then enters and holds the door for her. "Go on in  and take a seat. He'll be here to talk to you shortly.." She nodded and took a seat at one of the chairs in front of the desk.

A/N ~ Here is the first part! I hope you enjoy it and please tell me suggestions and any ideas. I will be a little bit slow in producing chapters but during the week end hopefully I can at least bring out 2 or 4 more chapters. (Please tell me if I'm going to fast with this.)
