'and you my darling, are done!' I smiled whilst packing away my eyelash equipment.
I was currently at work and had just got finished with my second client for the day. I still had 4 other clients left. 3 eyelash extensions and a microblading.
'wow, they look so full and natural. Thank you so much' said the client whilst quickly giving me a hug 'I'll deffo be coming back to you'
nodding my head with a smile I hugged her back 'your welcome love and anytime just message me when your ready. Don't forget to pay at the front desk.'
After saying goodbye and cleaning my station, I walked to the staff room in the back and took a seat. Letting out a sigh of relief I pulled my phone out of my pocket and began scrolling through Instagram. After double tapping on a few pictures and replying back to a few text messages I shoved my phone back in my pocket before releasing a yawn and sitting back into my seat. I was absolutely shattered, Aniyah woke up around 6, but didn't go to sleep till 12/1. She's been very cranky lately and I know its because she misses her dad but every time I call him, he doesn't answer. Just thinking about the situation made my mood drop, I didn't have much of an appetite so I went back out and sat in my station until my next client came. Can today just be over with already?

Standing on the doorstep, I wrapped my denim jacket around me more. Not that it made much of a difference because it was cropped, seeing as I was at work all day and I drove today I only had a dress on but now that I had to wait outside I was finally feeling the effects of the weather. Hearing movement from the other side of the door I stood up straight and waited until it was finally open.
'hello pretty girl' smiled mummy andrea.
'heyyyy' I replied whilst waving.
'girl you look great, stand there let me take a picture.'
Laughing at mummy andrea, I composed myself before posing for the picture.
'gonna put this one on my Facebook' she mumbled before turning around and walking back into the house.
shaking my head at her I closed the door behind me before kicking off my shoes and walking to the kitchen, sitting on one of the stools around the island I rested my bag near my foot before releasing a sigh.
'what's going on? what brings you by?' she questioned whilst passing me a bottle of highland spring water.
'thank you' opening the lid I took a sip before closing it and placing the bottle down in front of me. 'Just wanted to know if you've spoken to Aiden lately, Aniyah's been really cranky for the last couple of days and I know its because she misses him but every time I call him he doesn't pick up' I stressed whilst looking around the kitchen before looking at her.
shaking her head she rolled her eyes 'this boy' she mumbled 'he hasn't come around since the day he left here to go and see you. From what you told me I assume he didn't get what he wanted so now he's done his little disappearing act.'
