Chapter 3

"Flight 317 to Ontario Canada now boarding"

Well, here goes nothing. I'm heading to Canada with my cousin Shawn, I'm leaving my home town.

Shawn looks at me with the saddest expression I've ever seen.

"Sierra. I can't stand to look at you like this" he speaks up as we enter the plane. I decide not to respond because if I do I know for a fact that I will start bawling. So instead I take my seat.

"Just speak to me," he says softly, "please..?"

I feel just horrible making him feel this way. I want to talk to him, I just can't make any words out without crying. I can't do it.

I close my eyes and drifted to sleep.

Shawn's P.O.V

She's been sleeping for just about an hour. That's great, she hasn't been sleeping and it's been over two days. That's not healthy and she needed sleep.

It hurts me to see her so unhappy, she is the most happiest girl I know, and I miss her smile. I miss it so much. She looks beautiful with a smile on her face, but I haven't seen one since I last saw her.

"We will be landing soon, please buckle up. Thank you."

Dang, I really don't want to wake her up. She looks so peaceful.

I reach over and pull her headphones out of her ears and turn off her music.

I look at her and sigh, and then reach over to shake her awake.

"Sierra? Wake up," I shook her, "Sierra, wake uppp".

She opened her eyes, and it didn't take her long to pull me into a hug. I hugged her softly back.

"Shawn. I'm sorry, I'm sorry for making you feel upset. I'm sorry for not being excited to see you. I'm sorry for being depressed, making you depressed. I'm just sorry," a tear slipped from her eye.

"Stop that now, Si I love you and you need to remember that. Now wipe your years and put a smile on that beautiful face of yours." I said simply.

She smiled slightly, but I knew it was fake.

"Oh and buckle up, we're here" I laughed. And she laughed back, a real laugh.
