Booker's POV:

Since Tess is out I have the house to myself. I decide to call Curtis and The Guntz. Me and Curtis really weren't friends for a year because he dated Nia. Now she's back together with Miles. When I call The Guntz he picks up on the second ring.

"Hey Booker, what's up? Did Tess finally have the noledge to dump you," he laughs at his joke.

"Ha ha very funny and no, she's lucky to have me. Anyway me and Tess are going out at  8:00 and she's doing girl stuff. Wanna hang out at my place?" like Tess would dump me, would she? Nah, she loves me and I love her, I hope.

"Sure, want me to call Curtis?" when me and Curtis stopped being friends he suprisingly took my side.

"Nah, I'm good brah but thanks," we hang up and call Curtis, he said yes. Now I have 30 minutes to myself.

Nia's P.O.V:

I can't belive Tess said no to shopping! Asshole. Oh wait, Tess's 'friends' post everything online. I'll look and see what stores they are going to. Tess's friends are SO fake! Everything about Tess and her squad is fake. Their, voices, attitudes, I even heard Bella has a weave! Everyone at school wants to be Tess, I hate it! She has the best hair, and friends,not true. And all the other girls think she has the hottest boyfriend, my brother! Who somehow is the most popular guy at school and can play any sport! I check out Paige's story and see that there in Forever 21. I call up my squad and tell them to meet me at the mall, two can play that game Tess.

Booker's P.O.V: 

While I waited for my friends to get here I picked out what I'm gonna wear tonight. A red and darker red marbled tee, black jeans, faded denim jacket, and my red jordan's (there Tess's favorite shoes I own.) Twenty minutes later the doorbell rings. I thought my friends were early, I was wrong.  Instead I found my Raven Baxter, my mama.

Tess's P.O.V:
I meet Paige, Katie, Bella, and Mia downstairs and give them all hugs. "Who's ready to shop," I ask knowing the answer.

"Me," Paige replies.

"Def," Katie agrees.

"Like duh," Bella says.

"This is tots perf!" my best friend Mia chimes in. We all up in Katie's car and drive to Forever 21,  our favorite store.  On the ride there we blast the radio  and  sing our favorite songs. After a little while Bella turned off the radio.

"So Tess when do you think you and Book will have a serious relationship?" Bella asked, all the other girls stared at me.

"Um we do, I mean we've been together 5 years, and we share a bed," they knew all this information.

"T, we mean when will you guys hit it off?" Paige said it like it's the easiest question ever.

"W-what do you mean?" I start to get scared.

"Omg T, we mean when will you two have sex!!" Katie turned around, not keeping her eyes on the road.

"We weren't planning to have that for awhile, and we would need portection," does Book want sex with me?

"Come on guys chill out," Mia pitches in. "I mean it's not like they need to do it, and her and Book are happy the way they are," I love Mia. I mean she always sticks up for me no matter what. I squeeze her hand to say thanks.
