Mika x Reader

You were walking around the vampire city trying to find your friend Mika. You saw Ferid walking toward you.

"Ah, hello dear (y/n). How have you been? Have you seen Mika around lately?" Ferid asked as he placed his hand on your cheek caressing it.

You simply removed his hand off your cheek. "Hello Lord Ferid, and no I haven't seen Mika anywhere..." you sighed and walked past him trying to think of where the blond might be hiding.

"Well, I do know he refuses to drink human blood and he normally is hiding away from everyone else. He may be in so much agony." Ferid said smirking a bit while walking away.

You sighed and continued to search for the young boy. As you were walking a memory came through.

[I]"Mika, come on. You should drink blood. I drank it, yeah, I'm a vampire. But we can live forever. Just drink it." You said to the boy as you and Mika were sitting in Queen Krul's throne room.

"No!! I decline to become a monster!" Mika grabbed onto his arm in obvious agony as he still refused.

You sighed and sat down at his level. "If you want to find your family you have to become stronger. Besides, who knows how strong those greedy humans are." You smiled and caressed his cheek.

Mika pushed you away and yelled. "No! I can't drink it. I won't become a monster."

Krul got up and walked over to the boy. "Mika, you need to drink blood. If you won't drink human blood then you can drink one of a vampire. Though, you will have to drink human blood soon as your body will become too weak to be living off of us vampires blood. So what will it be? My dear sweet Mikaela Hyakuya?"

After a long silence Krul cut her skin showing Mika the cut. A small drop was heard as the blood fell to the ground.

Mika looked desperately at the blood dripping from Krul's arm. He couldn't take it anymore. He jumped on Krul and started drinking.

You remembered it as it was yesterday. You looked around as you heard heavy breathing. Walking down an alleyway you noticed Mika hugging his knees as he was in pain.

"Oh there you are Mika. I've been looking everywhere for you." You sat down next to the boy and moved his hair. "Your in pain aren't you?"

Mika looked up slightly at you. "It hurts so bad..." Mika smelled your blood and wanted to desperately drink from you. But he wouldn't do that to a friend he grew up with in the vampire city.

You rolled up your white sleeve and cut your arm with a blade. "Then drink Mika. You won't turn into a vampire like me. But it'll help with the pain."

"No!! I can't. I don't want to. I can't do that to you (y/n)." Mika turned to his left holding onto his side as he was trying to ignore the pain.

"Mika, please do it for me. I hate seeing you in agony. It makes me feel bad."  You stared at the blood that was slowly moving down your arm making a smudge mark. "Besides, it won't be as fun without you around. Your an amazing person to hang out with and if I lose you then I'll cry."

He looked back at you. "You'll cry if you will lose me. But (y/n) why? I'm a monster look at me."

You smiled and chuckled lightly getting a glare at Mika. "Mika you still have a human soul. Your not hundred percent a vampire. Please do it for me..."

Mika shook his head and tried getting up with as much pain as he was going through he fell back down leaning onto the wall for support.

"No matter how many times you ask me. I will never drink your blood." Mika said as he took one step while stumbling a whole lot.

"Fine. Then I'll have to shove my blood down your throat. Mika, I'm trying to help you. Your tired of the pain. Just think Yuu will probably be doing the same thing if he turned into a vampire. Would you do it for your friend. Your family!" You explained walking in front of him.

"Don't bring my family into this! I had to watch him leave me. He left me to go with  those filthy humans." He turned around again. 

You looked shocked at him. "He's getting stronger I know he is. Those humans have figured out a way to kill us. They have enchanted weapons that have a curse to kill us. So if your acting like this child in the battlefield being a weakling then you'll die just like that." You snapped at him. "It's the truth Mika. And besides! I was your family as well and I'm not being a stingy brat. You gave your blood to Ferid!"

"Because I wanted to see my family happy!!" Mika yelled back at you. "I wanted to be able to show and help them. I didn't want them to die cause we didn't get enough food. And you chose to stay with me. You could have left with Yuu but instead you stayed."

"I know I could have left but I didn't want to. You accepted me in the Hyakuya Orphanage, we were friends right from the start. I didn't want to see you be all alone. I know Yuu will make friends where he is now." You turned around and started walking to go back to the main building where you and Mika sleep.

Mika sighed and watched you leave. His eyes trailed down to where the blood was still dripping. He swallowed and ran up to you drinking your blood.

You were shocked as you felt a push causing you to fall to the ground. You looked down to see Mika drinking your blood. "Mika, I'll always be with you. No matter what. We will find Yuu and save him from the humans. Then we can go far away without anyone knowing where we are. We have to get stronger though. Okay? Stay with me until the very end." You whispered into his ear so that only he could hear you.

You felt him nod and once he was satisfied he moved away. "Thank you. I'm sorry I yelled at you." He wiped his mouth and looked at you.

"It's alright. I yelled at you as well. I know bringing up Yuu gets you upset and angry." You hugged him and he returned the gesture. "Come on, let's get some sleep." You got up and held out your hand for him to take.

He took it and you guys walked back to where you guys slept in the vampire city.
