Chapter 5

Emily's pov

So after that family moment I told nash I was going to go upstairs and read the fault in our stars for a bit but I would be back down in a bit. Which was a lie I was going to avoid them as much as possible like I said I wasn't going to get attached I just said that to nash and Hayes so they would think they accomplished something. Which means I have not changed at all.

Nash: em why don't you read the book down here?

Emily: why do I have to?

Nash: because even though we talked you are still punished and I can't trust you by yourself

Emily: look I am not going to sneak off again trust me on this

Hayes: trust you? Emily you know trust is not given to you it's earned and right now all you have shown us is that you are not trustworthy so just bring the book down here and read why are you making it complicated?

Emily: fine I'll bring the book down here I'll be right back

(She goes upstairs)

Andrea: hey what are we going to make for dinner?

Taylor: how about homemade pizza

Carter: or we could just order pizza

(Emily comes back downstairs and sits on the couch to read)

Jack g: no I think making a homemade pizza sounds like the perfect family thing we could do

Nash: I agree

Hayes: me too

Matt: yeah I'll get the dough

Jack j: I'll get the cheese

Shawn: I'll get the sauce

Carter: (mumbles) this is a recipe for disaster

Emily's pov

So I was just reading when Hayes and nash come over to me and all I was thinking gosh what do they want now but I at least have to keep up the good act for today.

Hayes: hey Emily can we talk to you upstairs for a minute

Emily: what's up?

Nash: we just want to talk to you upstairs no big deal

Emily: okay... Let's go

(They go upstairs to the room)

Emily: so what did you guys want to talk to me about?

Nash: it's okay to get closer to the other boys you know

(Emily looks down and Hayes walks over to her)

Hayes: look I get that it's hard for you to let people in but you should try to

Emily: but what if

Nash: they are not going to leave you I promise yesterday when I meant we are a family i was talking about the other boys too

Hayes: just try and let them in please

Emily: okay

(Then nash and Hayes pull her in for a hug)

Nash: now come on let's go make dinner!

Emily's pov

Okay so that wasn't so bad but anyways when we went downstairs I saw pizza dough, tomato sauce and cheese spread out on the counter and then a camera was placed not in the kitchen but close to it.

Nash: alright let's start making pizza!

Andrea: this is going to be interesting

Emily: yup

Matt: so first we are going to knead the dough and make it flat

Andrea: matt what are you doing?

Matt: making a YouTube video duh

Andrea: why did I even ask

Taylor: then your going to spread the sauce on the dough like this...

Jack g: Smack cam!

Taylor: not cool (then he grabs a handful of sauce and does it right back)

Carter: I knew this was going to happen

Emily's pov

Next thing you know everyone is getting smack camed and running around the house matt was filming it and trying not get smacked. Then when we finally put the pizza in the oven thirty minutes later we see smoke.

Cam: shoot matt get a bowl of water to put this out hurry!!

Andrea: (coughing)

(They finally put out the fire)

Cam: alright who put plastic wrap into the oven?

Jack j: your not supposed to do that?

Cam: no you never put plastic into an oven or microwave!

Jack j: my bad

Emily: well now what are we going to do?

Carter: how about order it?

Nash: let's go with that

Matt: yeah great idea

Cam: I'll call the place you guys can look for a movie to watch

(So they go out to the living room and find a movie)

Andrea: frozen

Us: no!

Emily: we have seen that movie Wayy to many times

Matt: how about grown ups 2

Nash: no the first one was way better

Taylor: catching fire

Hayes: again way to many times

Emily: how about god's not dead

Nash: I actually heard that was a great movie

Hayes: yeah okay

Taylor: sure

Emily's pov

So once cameron came back we ordered the movie and I have to say it was a very powerful and amazing movie! We had to pause it to get the pizza at the door but I have to admit that it wasn't a terrible night and it was pretty fun the only thing is I am starting to get close to them and that can't happen so tomorrow I am going to pretend that this never happened. After the movie I had to go sleep with Hayes in his room because nash still doesn't trust me on my own and we had my bed moved into the room which sucks but whatever. And as soon as fell asleep I was out cold.
