In a city called Mutufasu, there is a boy named Izuku Midoriya and that is just an ordinary boy but in this world there are special power called quirks and people that have them take about 80% of the world population.
However, Izuku is quirkless and his nickname is deku. It's mean worthless.
That is the story that your familiar with.
In this universe however, our quirkless boy will not be that unfortunate.
(yeah he will be op... Maybe...)
In this world, he will have a quirk called 'half hot half cold'

In the afternoon, at the local park, there are children playing, bird chirping and sound of explosion
.....
Wait? Explosion?
There are three little boys, the one that seems to be a leader has ash blonde hair and he has explosion going out of his hand the other two behind him also have some weird features, one has wings and the other has long fingers( wha....)
They are surrounding what seem to be a kid with green hair and that kid look like he has tear in his eyes. What more, he is standing up for the kid behind him and said kid is running away. (huh, what a douche.)
"DEKU!!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!!"
"I can't let you hurt other people kacchan! That's not what a hero supposed to do!"
"YOU DARE QUESTION ME DEKUUU!!!!"
At that point the ash blonde is fuming and suddenly he lunge forward Izuku. The green hair boy could only close his eyes and wait for the beating but, nothing came, he only feel warm but some how cold at the same time.
When he opens his eyes, he is overwhelmed. The same could be said about bakugou and his goons. All of them are looking at Izuku with wide eyes who has fire coming out of his left and ice coming out of his right.
"WHAT THE HELL DEKU!"
"Yes! I finally develope my quirk!"
"Hmp! Maybe you're not that worthless after all."
Later that day, Izuku goes back to his house and tell his mother everything happened earlier. And to say Inko Midoriya is delighted is to say the least.
"Izuku, I knew you would have a wonderful quirk. And now you can pursue your dream of becoming a hero."
"Yes! Could you make some katsudon for me please? You know... To celebrate"
"Of course dear."
The Midoriya household that night was filled with happiness and laughter.
