The week passed in a blur and before I knew it Friday had arrived. I'd had a great sleep so I woke with the idea that i was going to make more of an effort with myself for today.
Why am i bothering?
Because of Luke.
NO. Where did my thoughts get that idea from. Plus I'd never seen him since I walked into him. Well, I had been trying to avoid him. Stop thinking about it, I mentally slapped myself and carried on getting ready. I wore my black skinny jeans, red vest top, black leather jacket and my black heels. I put my hair into a quiff clipping my fringe down the front and letting my curls hang loose down the sides. Next for my makeup, I applied my foundation and blusher as usual but added black eyeliner mascara and bright red lipsticks.
By the time i was finished it was 7:55 giving me just enough time to grab breakfast and set off to school. I skipped down the stairs and into the kitchen to be greeted by my mother and auntie, recently shes been staying round and helping my mum out with business stuff. "Wow, who are you and what have you done with my daughter" My mum laughed as I strutted into the kitchen. "Haha very funny, I just thought I'd make an effort for a change, jeezz whats the crime" I said with a hint of sarcasm in my voice. I loved the relationship I had with my mother, we were more like sisters than anything, plus I was her complete carbon copy. "Hmm I like the look sweetie, I just think there may be another reason behind it" my auntie chirped almost singing the last part. I just scowled at them and bid my goodbyes leaving the in hysterics of laughter.
I slipped on my killer heels, grabbed my keys and left. I slung myself over my motorbike, (I could of taken my Skyline but i thought the motorbike went with my look. I slid on my helmet being careful not to ruin my hair and put the keys in ignition. The bike roared to life and I set off to the hell hole. The wind burned my eyes and froze my face but it felt good. There was always something about my motorbike that I loved, the sense of freedom, maybe. I was snapped out of my thoughts as i pulled into the school and realized I had a day of boring lessons to deal with.
I parked up and headed inside to my locker. The halls wern't too busy as school had 10 minutes before it started. I walked up to my locker trying my best not to slip in my heels. Usually heels were my specialty and would be no bother, but for some reason the cleaners thought today would be the one day of the year to polish the halls. I fall-free made it to my locker to only be surprised by the boy stood outside of it. Luke.
"Hi" He stated like this was normality. What are you on about this is a conversation, you know that is normality. I mentally slapped myself for my stupid thoughts, once again. "Hi" I answered as easily as I can this not being a normal thing for me.
"I just wanted to apologize again for the other day when I walked into you, um.. is there any way I can make it up to you?"
Silence.
"Hello?"
I was brought out of my days only to realize once again I made myself look like a total idiot in front of Luke. "Sorry, no it wasn't your fault, I had my head in the clouds again." I replied looking at the floor, I couldn't make eye contact with him because I knew for sure I wouldn't be able to think straight. Shut up, what are you thinking that for. Remember rule one, NO BOYS. Reluctantly I looked up to see Luke stood there looking at me as if I have 7 heads. "Oh no it was totally my fault I was to busy trying not to get lost, you see I'm new here and well the schools pretty big" he chuckled nervously and couldn't have look more cute if he tried, he smiled showing his dimple, enough to make any girl swoon. I mentally slapped myself for the god knows what time today, I do that a lot don't I?
"Oh right, well I can show you to your first class if you want?" What are you thinking Sophia, seriously. Luke pulled out his timetable and i quickly examined the lesson for Friday, he was in all of my Friday classes. I laughed to myself before realizing the look i was getting of Luke, "What?" he asked looking as puzzled as ever. "Oh nothing I just realized we have all the same classes together today" I replied still smiling like the joker. "And that's funny because?" He chuckled looking as amused as ever. "Its not" "So why are you laughing?" "I don't know" Oh way to go, make yourself look like a total freak. "Okayyyy then" he said still laughing at my expense, jerk. "Your strange, in a cute way though" he chuckled and I stood there in total embarrassment. My cheeks turned bright red, "T..Thanks" I stuttered not really knowing how to reply.
I gathered my books and tuned to Luke "We have geography first with Miss. Stephs in room 122" "Well show me the way" He replied, turning to me with a wink and gorgeous smile. Jeezzz he's hot. I mentally slapped myself yet again. to face Luke he had a smirk on his face. I went to walk in the direction of class when I felt something slung over my shoulder, to my utter shock it was Luke's arm, I turned to him with raised eyebrows and a questioning look on my face to be replied with his killer smile. Totally forgetting about the closeness of us, which would unusually freak me the hell out, due to the fact I never have any form of contact with the entire male population, we walked to class just in time to slip in without the teacher realizing we were the last in the class. Well I guess that's rule one broke, I smirked to myself, feeling a little happy due to my morning.
A/N yeah I know this chapter was a bit boring, but it's not finished completely I just wanted to upload this first part before continuing with the rest of it, oh and don't worry there will be something unexpected to happen soon :)
