"Sorry I'm late I was showing the new girl around" Jessi said gesturing to me as we both walked in to the class room 10 minutes late, "that's all right" the teacher waved Jessi off as Jessi walked to her seat then he turned to me with a goofy grin on his face.
"Hi I'm Coach Steve what's your name?" he asked like a little kid would ask another kid, "Violet" I told the man who clearly had learning difficulties, "it's nice to meet you Violet you can sit next to Matthew" Coach Steve told me pointing to a blonde haired boy.
"Hey I'm Violet" I smiled sitting next to the boy, "umm so I heard well I'm Matthew" Matthew told me sounding bored, "so I heard" I mocked him making his lips curve into a small smile, "huh, I like you we're friends now" he told me before turning back to face Coach Steve as he rambled on about god knows what but it hasn't anything to do with what he was meant to be teaching us that's for sure.
