You took your few men but Arthur disapproved. After soldiers not wanting to help you, he wanted seven deadly sins or even Meliodas to be with you just in case. Before leaving him he grabbed you by the waist.

Your name: What..

Arthur: Be careful.

Meliodas was looking at you two and had a grin.

Your name: I will don't worr-

Arthur: But I am.

Your name: We fought way before and I-

His eyes were full of worry. You never saw anyone looking at you like that. Most men looked you with lust or disgust but him.. he looked you with such care.. you re just overthinking... yeah... just.. he would never...

Arthur: Return to me.

You were stunned.

Your name: A..Arthur?

Arthur: I.. just...

Your name: Is something bothering you?

Arthur: It..It's nothing.

He smiled.

You smiled at him leaving telling him to take care. Was that your last goodbye? Last words?

You saw the light and some kind of explosion. The cave you were supposed to check out for and set up traps was already full of them. You were trapped inside.

Arthur saw the explosion in your direction. He went cold. 

"Isn't that the place where the princess left with Meliodas?"

He was losing it, rushed towards the cave seeing it closed. He tried to somehow make a path, he yelled, no no no he is not losing you.. he didn't told you... 

And then Merlin appeared.

Arthur: Where is she?

Merlin: She is with Diane, and Meliodas in that cave.

Arthur: Get her out! Merlin!

Merlin: I can't. There is a strong spell inside. Blocking even mine. I am trying to figure it out how to break it. I need time.

Arthur punched the damn rock. He was pissed off. He just... just.. had to tell you. He wanted to embrace you. 

"Why are you so sad Arthur?"

Arthur didn't bother to turn around.

Arthur: I can't.. I can't help her! I can't save her... I am useless.

"Well if she get's out promise to grope her like i grope Elizabeth?"

"Meliodas!"

You punched the guy in the head.

He heard your voice.

Arthur: Your name? 

Your name: Yup. Turn around golden boi.

He saw you with Meliodas and Diane. You grinned. You were bloody and had broken sword but that didn't stop you from grinning. 

Your name: Really you got so-- nhh--

He didn't even give you time to finish your words and hugged you tightly.

Your name: A...Arthur!.. W.. wh.. wha..

Arthur: S.. sorry! Just.. uh.. well..

He smiled again with no spoken words. None of you knew that the setup was by Merlin. It was all the part of the plan, of course she protected you from dying, because they needed the heir.

But none of you knew about that.

The two of you were in garden. The whole lunch he looked at you like he wanted to tell you something, but couldn't do it. So after lunch you were reading a book.

Arthur: Your name..

You put your book away looking at him. 

Your name: Yes?

Arthur: Uh I ... 

You stood up.

Your name: Arthur?

He walked towards you and hugged you.

Your name: A...a...Arthur....?

Arthur: Just.. let me stay like this for a bit...

You blushed.

He whispered in your ear.

Arthur: I thought i lost you... just ... when i heard that explosion.. I..

Your name: Well we had a deal so it's not possible!
