Deku's POV
Another stressful day at school with terrible people.Nobody likes you when you apply for a school, nor does your mom even believe you become a good hero...
"You can help the police...or something!"Mom said with enthusiasm trying to make it sound better than it actually was.
I mustered with a blank smile and replied,"thanks mom,"we both awkwardly stood there in silence.
"Alright mom,I'm gonna go to my room."I walk up to my room silently as tears fall down my face.
I slam the door behind me and start doing my homework like the teacher assigned.
An hour later cuz I'm a lazy piece of shi-
I started falling asleep after an hour of agonizingly slow homework.Before I do I hear the door creak open downstairs,followed by moms always seemingly cheer voice.I pin my ear to the door to listen in on their conversation.
"You all packed,Katsuki?"
Those words hit me like a ton of bricks.Just yesterday he threw my book into the pond.That was when Allmight told me I couldn't be a hero without a quirk.
"You're gonna be staying in Deku's room since mine is going under renovations,and I don't want you to sleep on the uncomfortable couch while we're gone."Mom was worrying about how comfortable Bakugou would be.I leaned in a bit more as their footsteps approached my room.
I quickly,but silently jumped to the bed and pretended I was asleep.I was pretty good at faking things so this wouldn't be a problem.
"Anyway thanks Aunt you have fun on your tri-"He noticed me 'sleeping' in my shorts and Allmight hoodie.He probably also noticed the blood stains on it since I wasn't sleeping my sides like I normally do,
"He's asleep you should probably go to the living room till he wakes up,until then here's the remote to the TV."After my mother broke the awkward silence they left the room and steadily walked to the living room.
I could finally change into my back up hoodie,just in case,from cutting myself and getting blood on everything.I pretended to get up right before my mom left.
"Izuku you're finally awake!"She said whipping her head around.
"Mom? What are you doing?"I asked rubbing the pretend sleep out of my eyes.
"This was a last minute trip for Katsukis mothers birthday."She smiles and turned back around to the door to fix something on her baggage.
"Katsuki will be here with you, for the rest of the week,Byeee!"She then
grabbed her luggage and headed out the door.Slamming it in my face.
This day couldn't get any more terrible, though I hate being alone with Ka-Chan.There is one reason why.
