That guy... He is perfect.
I sat down at my clean and organized desk and reached into my purple back pack. I grabbed my books and threw them onto my desk.
I froze.

I MIGHT SCREAM
He flipped his dark hair and looked at me.
"Hey"
"Uh... H-hey"
I am so bad at this. He probably thinks I'm weird.
"My name is Josh..."
He kind of glanced over at the teacher.
"Hi, my name is Lily."
I can't believe I did that without dying.
"So, the teacher said I'm your new lab partner..."

THIS IS GOING TO BE A GREAT REST OF THE YEAR
"Lily..?" He sounded a little worried.
I was wondering why he sounded worried until I realized what I was doing.
I was on the floor. Screaming full of joy.
The detention was worth it.
