Walk

It was about 5am in the morning...I didn't want to leave but I remembered I didn't pay a proper goodbye to my dad or my mom
"Shit" I groaned
I accidentally woke Tae up...
"What's happening?" He asked
"Tae I need to go"
"But uts like 5 am.." He mumbled while getting blinded by the brightness of his phone
"I need to go"
"Why?"
"I didn't pay a proper goodbye to my family..."
"Just call them"
"I cant"
"Why not"
"Cuz i ran away from home"
"I'll just walk home, tell them I went home" I continued
"I'll escort you home"
"No Tae, its dark"
"And you think you can walk home alone? Im gonna walk you home" he insisted

It was dark and  when we were walking
It was quiet too...
"Jihyun-ah.." Taehyung broke the silence while slipping his hand onto mine
"Hmm?"
"Im gonna miss you"
Jesus why is he bringing this up now?
"I'll miss you too" I said while tears started to fill the brim of my eyes. I let out a laugh followed by a sigh trying not to cry... "Always remember that i love you okay?" I looked down so he wouldn't see my tears already rolling down my face
He stopped walking and turned me around so I would face him. It took me some courage to look up at him in the eye. But when I did, I realised his cheeks were wet...with tears. I buried my face in his chest and started bawling my eyes out. He pecked my head and rested his chin on my shoulder.
"Why would you even bring this topic up at this time" I complained while hitting his chest.
"Im sorry..." I continued
"For what?"
"Cuz im gonna leave"
"Don't be,its not your fault"
He pulled away and held me by the chin, my eyes were all puffy and my lips were trembling.
He sighed before pulling me into a warm hug while stroking my hair
"Everything's gonna be okay, i love you..remember that"
He kissed my forehead before we started walking again fingers interlocked.
