Unnoticed

Chapter 5

'' Bye!''

You walk to school everyday alone in the cold morning and it takes up half an hour to walk from your house to school. On your way to school, you get breakfast which is a muffin and hot coco to wake you up. You usually get your breakfast in the only cafe that's open at 5:30. When you were close to the cafe you saw someone familiar to you and goes to your school. As you walk closer you recognize the person.

It's a boy who you've talked to these past couple of days and thought about for a long time. Jimin. You don't know if you're going to get your breakfast still or just walk past him. You decide to just walk past him and try to not get noticed, but as he walked out the door he saw you and ran up to you. You hear his footsteps coming closer and closer but you just keep walking. When he finally caught up, out of breath,  you stopped and looked at him.  You still see the sparkles in his eye like when you first saw him. 

"Hey." He said, still catching his breath.

"Hi." You say in reply with a soft, quiet voice.  Your heart is beating fast, so you try to slow it down. 

You two walk in silence for a few minutes then Jimin started eating.  He asked if you want a piece and accepted it since you skipped breakfast.

Still silence..

"Soo.. do you come to that cafe often? "

"Yup. Every morning." You say with a slight smile. 

You see at the corner of your eye that he's looking at you and and smiling. You wonder why so you look up at him. You guys look in each other's eye. That sparkle is in his eyes again. You want to look away, but.. you can't. 

"You have pretty eyes." Jimin says.

"Umm..thanks." Your mind is going all over the place. You thought that your imagination is playing on you, but no, it isn't.  He just said that.

You just realized that you arrived  at school because one of Jimin's friends called out to him.  He turns around and goes back to you and says bye. 

You just stand there, watch him go, and think back on what just happened this morning.
