Chapter Three: Not so bad

-Present Time-
"So Taehyung, do you want to do the project on the American Revolution or the Articles of Confederation?". It had been about 10 minutes since they were assigned their partners. Everyone had chosen their topic already except for Taehyung and Seokjin, and Dahyun and Chaeyoung. Taehyung wanted to do it on the Articles of Confederation, but he had overheard Dahyun and Chaeyoung saying they wanted to. He could either give up and accept defeat, or turn up the charm on the two and persuade them to chose the other option.

"I....I uh...want to do it on the Articles of Confederation, but I overheard Dahyun and Chae-" "Oh, I see," Seokjin interrupted, "I'll talk to them." Before Taehyung could protest, Seokjin got up and walked over to the girls. When he walked over, they both looked enchanted. It was like Seokjin put anyone who looked at him in a trance. Chaeyoung gave Seokjin some nods, and he saw Dahyun say "Oh sure." Seokjin proceeded to bow at the girls, and walk back over the table.

"Alright, the Articles of Confederation it is" Seokjin said with a smile. "How did...you do that?" Taehyung said as he stuttered. Seokjin seemed to have that effect on Taehyung. "What can I say, I'm a people person", Seokjin said with a wink. Taehyung felt his heart flutter. Why did he feel this way? We wasn't supposed to feel this way towards a boy, let alone Kim Seokjin. But Seokjin isn't just a boy, he's a man. A very attractive man, that is.

"BRRRRRING", Oh great, the bell, Taehyung thought. "Alright students, that's it for today. Get home safe, and have a wonderful weekend"

Taehyung grabbed his things and started walking out into the hallway. "Hey, Taehyung, wait up!" Shit. Can't he just leave me alone so I can walk to Hyun's car. Seokjin ran over to Taehyung. "Hey, since we didn't get to start things off for the project, we should do it over the weekend. I know it's risky with the whole gang thing but, I need this A. So be at my house tomorrow at around 3. Here's my number. Text me, kay?" Seokjin walked away. Taehyung felted a sudden hand on his shoulder. It almost made him jump. "You ready Tae?" "Uh, yeah Hyun, let's go. Thanks again by the way"
-Joohyun's House-
When they arrived and Joohyun's house, Joohyun told Taehyung to wait by the front door because she had to grab her guitar from the trunk. So Taehyung did as he was told, and walked over to the door. He put his hands in his pocket, and felt a small piece of paper in it. He pulled the paper out. Oh yeah, I should probably text Seokjin.
Tae:
Hi Seokjin, its Taehyung.
Jin:
Hey man, don't be so formal, you can call me Jin
Tae:
Alright then, Jin.
Jin:
Since you're calling me Jin, can I call ya Tae?
Tae:
Uhm...sure why not?
Jin
Alright, Tae. Anyways, we should use code names
Tae:
What, why?
Jin:
If our parents go through our phones they won't be sus. Duh
Tae:
Oh.
Jin:
I'll put you as, KTH, and you put me as KSJ. Deal?
Tae:
Ok

"Tae, can you help me with this? I dropped me keys and can't put down the guitar" "Uh, yeah Hyun I'm coming"

Tae:

Taehyung ran over to Joohyun. He picked up the keys off the ground, and walked with her to the door. Taehyung unlocked the door, and opened it. Joohyun had a very nice, decorated, clean house. It was better than his by a lot. Sure his was big and clean, but the maids didn't decorate it, they don't get paid to. Maybe he should decorate the house in his free time.

"Alright, I'm gonna order the pizza, go ahead and make yourself comfortable. You can steal some of my brothers clothes since he's not here right now. You can chill in the living room, game room, or guest room until the others get here and practice starts."

"Alright, thanks Hyun." Tae gave her a smile. "No problem Tae"

Taehyung walked over to Joohyuns brothers room. From there he grabbed a plain white T-shirt and some black joggers from the dresser. He walked into the guest bedroom and pulled his phone out.

Tae:
Hey. I'm back.
Jin:
Heyo :p
Tae:
Why that face?
Jin:
Just because. I guess...idk lol
Tae:
You know, you're surprisingly fun to talk to
Jin:
Wdym "surprisingly", of course im fun to talk to
Tae:
Wow someones confident
Jin:
Of course I am, i mean, have you SEEN this face?
Tae:
Tsk tsk. I love a man with confidence
Jin:

Tae:
OMG not like that, weirdo.
Jin:
That's what they all say Tae, that's what they all say

It feels like Taehyung had known Seokjin since they were kids. He was so easy to talk to. Maybe he isn't that bad. Maybe he isn't a ruthless maciac like his father was.

"Tae! Seul's here?" "Hey Tae!", he heard Seulgi shout excitedly. "I'm coming Seul!", Taehyung shouted back.

Jin:
I feel like this project is gonna be fun :D"
Tae:
Hell yeah! But uh i gtg again. Text you later Jin
Jin:
Alright, bye!

Taehyung walked out of the guest room, and walked over to the kitchen, where Seulgi snd Joohyun were, so he could say hi to Seulgi.
