Chapter 13 - The Morning After

Monday, June 3rd

Danny's POV

I wake up in an unknown place squinting at the light. When my eyes finally adjust I see I am in a girl's bedroom and in her bed.

I didn't have a clue has to how I got there and the hangover wasn't much help. All I remember is talking to Bethany and then going to a bar and then I have flashes of seeing Pelly but that was it.

Suddenly Bailey comes in the room with a glass of water and some Advil. "Here, this will help." She says handing me the pills and water.

I gladly take them and sit up. "Where am I? What time is it? What happened last night?"

"Your at my place. It's 10:30 in the morning and as for last night you might want to talk to your parents." She says and I immediately become confussed.

"My parents? What do they have do do with this? And where's Pelly dosen't she live here with you now?" I question and she remains silent. "Bailey!"

"Like I said you need to talk to your parents."

Last Night

Pelly's POV

I push Danny off of me. "Danny! What has gotten into you?!"

"Did I miss it?" He asks and it was only then that I realized he was drunk and he was also not wearing a gown or a cap.

I look at my mom and Grandma just seconds before Danny goes in for another kiss. I block my mouth and push him back a little bit. "Excuse us. I'll meet you back at the house." I tell my family pulling Danny in the direction of the school. "What has gotten into you?"

"Your so soft like a virgin on the rocks exept your not a virgin anymore." He says taking a hold on my stomach.

I push him against the lockers and get out my phone and call Bailey.

"Hello?"

"Hey Bailey is your car still here?" I ask.

"Yeah, right out front. Why you want to go to a party or something?" She asks cheerfully.

"No. I need your help. Can you meet me inside the school?" I ask now having to hold Danny up.

"Yeah, are you okay?" She asks.

"I'm fine. It's Danny he's drunk." I explain.

"Okay." She says before we both hung up and a few minutes later we were both taking a past out Danny to her car.

"Okay, so were to?" Bailey asks 10 minutes later after we had put Danny in the back seat and got in the car.

"Your house." I say causing Bailey to give me a look. "Come on we can't take him home he lives alone and we can't take him to his parent's because of the law suit." I say holding up the envelope. "Your house is the only good option. Plus your parents won't mind."

"That's true." She says and 30 minutes later we were at her house and Danny was laying in her bed.

"Rosie." He mumbles.

"Who knew he talked in his sleep?" Bailey jokes and we laugh.

"I should probably go home. I promise my mom I'd meet her there." I say.

"You gonna let your mom explain?" She asked.

"I am." I say. "Were adults now. It's time we have no secrets."

"You know he's gonna find out soon right?" I nod.

"I know."

A little while later me, my mom and grandma where sitting in the living room. (Pandy was at a friends)
