Lucy POV:

"Stop screaming, oh god!" Damon said frustration laced his voice. "No! She doesn't deserve this! What did she do to you?" I was at the point of seeing red.

"I already told you, I'm not explaining myself Lu." He said slowly trying to stop himself from lashing out on me. "Well, you should!"

"Everything was fine! Your relationship was perfect! People were jealous of you both! What happened to cause this! Because I'm positive this isn't that you're scared of fatherhood! People are normally happy Damon! And also I know you haven't found someone on the side, because I know you hate it when people cheat. And I don't want to think if you so low! So what is it?!"

"I told you, I'm not explaining myself. Now or soon, I will not." I could see his jaw clenching and unclenching as he was talking with gritted teeth, slowly as he attempted to get his point across.

I hated how he didn't even respect this! He was paying no care in the world, while I'm standing in his apartment as mad as a person can be and he's just  there.

The nerve!

"No! Yo-" I didn't get to finish as he got up with a cold glare of his, he was fuming with anger by now. I have never seen this side of his, and honestly, I don't want to ever again. He started approaching me with intimidating small strides of his.

"I told you no already, and I'm in no place to have to clarify myself to you. So what you should do now, is get your phone and stuff from here, and leave. Bet?" It was as if he was challenging me to say anything. Almost as if he was daring me.

"She's your wife though..." I said trying to convince him and muster up some courage to talk more, even if I was in no position mentally to do so.

"Don't make me repeat myself, I said bet?" He was raising his eyebrow looking for any defiance that was yet to come on my face.

"Please, can we talk later on Damo-please?" I cut myself off hating the vulnerable position that I was put into against my will. My best friend and my other best friend and I'm in the middle just confused.

I am honestly terrified, maybe I shouldn't push his buttons right now.

Stop being selfish.

The voice spat out with much venom it made me shiver internally.

His glare was enough to make me cower away by the moment but this shouldn't be about me. I need to stop being selfish and try to help Amy and him out.

"You're really pushing it Lucy" He spat my name with much hatred, I regretted the moment I ever came here.

"Get out. Right now." He left an intimidating silence between each word letting me think about his threat deeply and well.

As he took threatening steps towards me, I opposed him with the same back. "Get. Out" once again through gritted teeth.

"D-Damon, calm down p-please." I have never seen his violent side previously. I didn't know if he gets physical ever.

He fastened his steps and punched the wall beside my head as I flinched and whimpered in fear. His height hovering over me.

Involuntarily my eyes began watering. "When will you learn to stop feeling as if whatever you want goes, huh?!" By now his arms were caging me in the corner of the room, each one beside me making it impossible for me to move.

"You're not over everyone! You don't get to decide what happens all the time!" His words were laced with venom almost slicing through my skin.

"You don't know everything!

"I-I'm sorry. Damon p-please." Some traitor tears passed down off my eyes while he had a malicious glare placed upon me.

His eyes softened and he immediately pushed himself off of the wall by his hands and started retreating backward. Looking at me in disbelief.

"I'm sorry. J-just leave." His voice broke in the middle.

I was adamant. I don't care. I need to understand.

"Can we please talk?" This was my last chance today.

"Stop talking to me!" He exclaimed.

"You said you'd be there whenever I needed you! What happened to that?!" I urged him to elaborate and let me get what goes on through his thick skull.

He looked at me, lifting his gaze slowly from the ground. Landing his eyes on mine with a sadistic smirk playing on his lips. "I lied."

Damon's POV:

(Timing: when the fight has occurred.)

"Stop! Stop!" She wheezed out as I continued tickling her sides while her eyes were filled with joy that I'd never want to go away.

"Say the magic word." "D-daddy stop

I took a moment to admire how beautiful she looks even though she always denies it.

Her hair that anyone would die for. Her long natural lashes. Her smile that makes everyone swoon over. But most importantly, her personality.

I stopped tickling her for a moment, distracted by looking at the figure that I'm so blessed with.

"You're beautiful you know that right." I said, I wasted no attempts in even try hiding the emotions and look of adoration on my face.

"I look like a mole rat." I simply slyly dismissed her comment with a smirk of mine.

I love how we support each other, mentally and emotionally.

I saw her blushing and I couldn't help but chuckle deeply to myself, which I'm positive she could hear.

I sat up fixing myself from my previous position. "Do you want me to make you your drink?"

She obviously knew I was referring to her favorite coffee as she nodded agilely looking as cute as a person can get. She snuggled deeply into her blanket and smiled at me as I did the same while shaking my head.

I got up slowly even though the covers weren't on me. I bent down lightly and covered her body better with the covers and once I was done, I gently placed a kiss on her forehead.

"I'll be right back, just relax love."
