As soon as their skins touched they felt a current flow within them. An unknown type of wave that made them shiver all through.
"Di! What happened? Are you okay?" Aman's voice broke their trance.
"I think I can help." Neil broke the touch and said slowly.
"No thank you!" Avani said rudely and then payed attention to her phone.
"I'm perfect! Now say the next step." Said Avni in a go.
"Well then now open the screws from the tyre." Aman instructed.
Avni took out the tools from the tool box and tried to open the screws but failed drastically.
"Aman! They are too tight." Exclaimed she in anger.
"Well I can't help it. I just can't arrive there to help you while flying in air." Aman said in a naughty way.
"One tight slap, Aman." Avni roared in anger.
"Well if you allow." Suggested Neil again.
"God damn fuck!" Avni roared and handed the tool to Neil.
Soon Neil was done with changing the tyre and clearing it all up and Avni decided to hand the steering to Neil as she was hell tired after driving for the whole night.
After they had travelled for a while, Neil asked out of confusion, " Ahh. Avni? Can I ask you something if you don't mind?"
"Shoot!" She said half disgusted.
"Well why did you run away from your marriage?" He asked politely.
"Stingy people and their stingy questions. Because I didn't want to get married." Avni replied rudely.
"Well but why did you not want to marry?" Asked Neil again.
"Well because I have got a job opportunity from BBC as a travel journalist and my first tour starts next week and I need to report to my team by the next two days. Any other thing? Well you are interviewing me like anything so now I'll interview you." She said in a go. "Tell me about yourself. Your relations. Your childhood. Your family. Everything."
Neil left a deep breath and his face turned into a serious expression. "Well what can I say?" He paused a bit and continued, "I was adopted by my dad, Prakash Raghavan Khanna at the age of five. Mom hated me because I was adopted and Reccan was probably the only one who understood me, even though he was a special child, yet he did make me laugh sometimes." Neil stopped as he gulped the lump that had formed in his throat.
"I'm sorry." Avni whispered lowly.
Neil shrugged off the tears that were forming in his eyes and said with a smile, "Anyway who's there in your family?"
"My family? Long list." Avni said in a funny way.
"Really?" Neil laughed a bit. "Let me know."
"First of all my Dad, Ashish Mehta, who always wants to get me married as if it is the only goal of his life. Then my step mom, Neela Maa, she was probably the only person who actually understood me but now! Goodness! Shee is also stepping on my father's footsteps. My mom died when I was six and Aman, my brother was only a new born. I have heard that she had lost her son as a newborn so when she saw Aman, she brought him up as her own son. And you know the best thing? Aman never regrets loosing Mom you know why? Because he says that loosing Ayesha Maa gave him Neela Maa who is the best Mom in the world." Avni laughed a bit. "Then there's Dadi, Chachu, Chachi, Riya and.......and...my Ayesha Maa who will always be an active member of my family." She completed witha smile.
"So happy family haan?" Neil answered with a smile.
"Hey anyway I had to tell you something. We need to stop at Delhi for some rest. Don't forget that we have our flight tomorrow." Avni said with a smirk. "Need to find a hotel."
"Why a hotel when my Grandfather have made a mansion in all of the big cities of this world?" He returned her smirk.
"Well, well, well then I can see that atleast there's some perks of kidnapping a billionaire." Avni smirked naughtily which made Neil laugh.
