soora knew the moment she woke up it'd be an extremely stressful day. should she have studied at least three days prior? yes, definitely. but, did she? no, of course not.
and now, she was surely regretting it.
"who knew senior year was going to be this hard?" she kept repeating in her head, even if that's a given. everyone knows senior year's the hardest.
sighing, soora stood up from the mess of papers she had all over her living room floor.
currently, her parents were out of town so she had the whole house to herself for a couple days. at least there wasn't someone there to nag her for studying so last minute.
she headed over to the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water, took off the cap, and chugged at least half of the whole bottle. she closed the fridge and set the water bottle on the counter.
it was noon now and she'd been studying since eight a.m. she deserved a break, right?
soora walked back over to her living room couch and layed down on it, leaning her head on the arm rest while staring down at the papers on the floor.
she's stressed, extremely stressed. over the last four hours, nothing has registered and she couldn't memorize any of the flashcards she'd written out.
soora knew she'd messed up but she's pulled this type of studying before, why does it feel so much worse this time?
she turned to be able to look up at the ceiling, suddenly feeling a surge of emotions hit her. a mood drop, great, that's just what she needs.
soora could feel the tears begin to well up in her eyes, yet, she really didn't feel like crying. "it's just a test, i shouldn't be such a damn baby and cry about it." she told herself and pulled out her from her back jean pocket.
she sat up, wiping at the tear threatening to fall, even messing up a bit of her make up.
turning on her phone and tapping the messenger app, she clicked on hyunjin's contact and called him. she knew she needed someone to brighten up her day, and somehow, hwang hyunjin always does so.
