Chapter 1

Anna'sPOV

I wokeup in my bedroom to the sound of my mom and dad struggling to pack up.

"Honey we will be back in about a week, call us if you need anything!" I heard my mom say as she shut the door.

How nice leave your seventeen year old daughter at home for a week, on her birthday. I tthought to myself as I sat up in my bed. 

I walked over to my laptop and let it load before clicking on Youtube. I typed in All Time Low-Therapy and the song began to play. I hummed the tune while walking into the bathroom. 

I turned the shower on and let the cold water wake me up, but quickly turning the water to a soothing warm temperature. I washed my hair and body then rinsed off. 

Stepping out of the shower I pulled my hair up into a towel and dried off, then headed into my room for my closet. When I got to my closet I got my jean short shorts and a floral crop top to put over my bathing suit.

After i had got dressed and felt refreshed, I let down my long blonde hair. I walked back into my bathroom grabbing my purple brush, and brushing through my damp hair. 

I put on my purple flip flops on and grabbed my Phone off the counter. I had two missed calls from Jenna, my best friend. I called her back as I walked out the door. 

"Hello"

"Oh my god Anna, One Direction is in town!" I heard her squeal in my ear. I like One Direction but not as much as Jenna does, she’s in love. 

I laughed "Okay Jenna, don’t faint."

"Ican’t believe it, what if I meet them!" she squealed again.

"I'mpretty sure their body guards have them all looped up near them" I said and sighed

"Eh,I guess you’re right. Wanna go to the beach today?"

"I’mon my way now. Meet me near the ice cream place" I said while coming up tothe ice cream place

"Okay be there soon and it’s called Dumpsters not ice cream place, bye love"

"Okay okay, Bye love" I said laughing a little, and hanging up.

I was sitting on a bench when I saw Jenna walk up the gravel pathway.

"Hey girl!" she said running up to me and hugging me.

"Hey Jen" I laughed as she let go.

"Let’sgo what are you waiting for" I grabbed her hand as we ran onto the sand and sat on the beach. 

I stripped off my clothes to my bathing suit, and Jenna and I raced into the ocean.

i shivered at the coldness.

"This is freezing" I screamed as I came up out of the water.

"I know" Jenna said laughing and shivering. 

We stayed in the water for a while, then came out and made our way up the beach to our things.

"That was refreshing." I said. Making us both laugh as we picked up our clothes and headed toward the boardwalk.

"Oh i have a good idea." Jenna said stopping me as she pointed to a shop.

"Oh-no, I know what you’re thinking I am not doing that." I said starting to walk faster.
