The next morning, I went downstairs and found nobody home.

I found Aunt May making breakfast.

I sat at the table.
"Where is everyone?"

She jumped.

"Oh Crystal. I didn't hear you. How are you settling in?"

"Fine thank you."

"Your siblings decided to let you sleep and went out to the park."

"Oh."

"They got bored and asked me to call them when your awake so you can go to the mall together."

I nodded.

"I'll call them."

I grabbed my phone and called Ryan.

"Yo. You're awake."

"Yo. Course I am."

"Well you were asleep when we left."

"Meh. Come home. I'm bored and I Wanna go mall."

Ryan laughed on the other end.
"OK OK. Get ready so we can go sooner. We have to be home before the boys come from school."

I said bye to my brother before getting ready.

I changed into my ripped skinny jeans, a black wolf top and leather jacket.

I sat on the couch to wait for my siblings.

Ryan- we're outside. Hurry up.

I rolled my eyes before putting my trainers on and running outside after telling Aunt May that I was going.

We went straight to the mall, singing karaoke and messing around while Jonathan drove.

When we got to the mall, Sophia, Harini and I had like 10 full bags of shopping each most of them being just clothes.

The boys had 10 bags between the three of them which I found funny.

I checked my watch. "We only have time to grab bubble tea and then we have to go."

So we grabbed bubble tea and finished it quickly before going home. This trip would remain secret.

We sang karaoke all the way back as well.

When we got home we went to put away our bags of shopping and sat down watching TV.

"So. Kids. Anything you want to tell me?"

"About?"

"Who you are. I was just on the phone to your mother. She told me everything. Could I...?"

I opened out a wing for her to stroke.

"Incredible. Your secret is safe with me."

"Gomawo."

She winked.

"Better put those things away now. Don't want the boys to see you like that."

I smiled and put them away.

I went and settled between Jack and Jonathan while Sophia and Harini sat together and Ryan next to Sophia.

We put on a comedy series and laughed along with the comedians' jokes.

Priceless.

By the time the show finished and the boys came home, we were all leaning on each other from laughter.
