Dear Elizabeth,It's been a few days since the war started it's gotten worse than General Hopper and I initially thought it would be. We have lost a few of our soldiers to the other side, while many others on both sides were severely injured, well from what I've heard. Though I do not actively participate in the war, I have been mistaken for a feminine boy and was asked to participate in the war and take Hostages. General Hopper thinks I should take this opportunity to spy on them. I have not decided yet, but I will keep you informed of the situation at hand.

Dear Elizabeth,I have accepted General Hopper's request and I am now a spy on the inside.
General Hopper has decided my cover story will be a boy from out of town, because of this, it will be much easier to get information from them on their own operation. The General says I may start tomorrow. Wish me luck!Loads of Loves, Jacquelyn Winchester

Dear Elizabeth,I have recently discovered the boy's plan to plant a spy in our midst to do the same as we are to them. I have informed the General of this discovery, she has not responded to me yet. I will try to keep you updated on this.

I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE! I want to get out of this. I don't want to hurt anyone! I WANT IT ALL TO STOP! I WANT THE FIGHTING TO STOP! I can't crying, I'm trying to though. I WISH WE COULD STOP FIGHTING OVER SOME STUPID PAR
The ink pours out of the now broken pen, staining some of the paper. Her hands shook as some ink splattered onto her face and sweater. Her once neat and curlyish, candy-apple red hair, now matted. Her Pale, freckled face beginning to redden as more tears escaped her puffy, harlequin eyes. Loud sobs fill the once quiet bedroom, as her mothers listen quietly concerned and unsure of what to do for their usually bubbly and quiet daughter.
